Human life Matters: Vote YES to Personhood

I am writing on a subject that better be near & dear to all human hearts. And that topic is whether or not the human race is going to continue on this earth, or will humans abandon it to the wild animals? Years ago, when I worked as Registered Nurse* as OR Circulator I heard a ob-gyn medical doctor say that the potential to tally eradicate the human race already exists with Norplant implants that destroy ovaries production of ova [eggs], abortion on demand, forced abortion in China, massive use of contraceptives of hormones like Depo-Provera, and low-dose hormone contraceptives. I was immediately worried when I heard that statement. I was always pro [means for] life of humans to continue and always worked toward that cause. However, that statement of hers [female M.D. in Atlanta, GA] gave a new sense of urgency to me to do more, write about it, talk about it, publish facts about it, lobby FOR human life to continue by ending those evils of abortion, and hormonal changes via ingestion of powerful hormones by unsuspecting women.
I wrote all of that to get to this: the state of Mississippi has on their ballot for this coming Tuesday, the question to its voters:

"Should the term 'person' be defined to include every human being from the moment of fertilization, cloning, or the equivalent thereof?"

And I am asking all of you voters in Mississippi to vote an emphatic YES that will be heard around the world. That YES collective vote, to vote into law a legal definition of a human being in the womb as a "person" with all privileges & protections for humans that are already defined in the U S Constitution's 14 Amendment for "persons" would change the abortion industry overnight. It would be similar to the shot heard round the world when Ft Sumter SC fired on the Unions ' warship before the Civil War.
It would be the greatest thing Mississippi has ever done, and it would be the turning point for this nation, back to righteousness in the eyes of GOD [according to Scripture in Deuteronomy chapter 28, that GOD blesses those who obey His Commandments, and curses those who do not obey His commandments, including 'thou shalt not kill" as written in Exodus 20:13, KJV] .
And it would give probably the entire South & the midwestern states the courage to do the same, and thus defeat that horrible false law [because the U S Supreme Court never had authority to write new laws] of Roe v Wade killing order.
Please vote YES to personhood and all civil liberties for those in the womb, by whatever method they were conceived. When a male human sperm penetrates a female human egg, a new life is begun at that instant in time. And please every person reading this, do as much as you can do, as often as you can do it, to the greatest degree you can do it, to PUSH for a personhood amendment in every state of the non-United States so there might be a Union of agreement of these states that human life IS THE GOAL, to preserve it, protect innocents, punish those who kill, defeat evil.

Is Saudi Ambassador on Obama's "kill list" too????

I am troubled for this nation often, and I pray for the wisdom and words to make a difference. The "news" story about the so-called Iranian plot to assassinate the Saudi Ambassador named Adel al- Jubeir is totally unbelievable and this is why:
1) it was concocted on the very day the US Congress, thanks to Darrell Issa, was issuing subpoenas to U S Attorney General Eric Holder to testify as to what he knew about the scandal named 'gunwalking" and when he knew it, and how he authorized it based upon the actual laws of this nation [that do not allow making alliances with the enemies of the US]. That scandal is not going away. Obama-Holder-Clinton and all 'high-up" leaders including the ATF,entire Justice Dept, CIA are implicated in a plot to arm the enemies of the US with semi-automatic weapons [about 2000 of them] and allow them to 'walk" across the borders of the US at the southwestern corridor. Because the well-known and long term Presses in the US were beginning to ask questions, that same group of hoodlums found a willing Mexican to make some statements trying to call attention of the Press and news away from the gun-walking scandal.
2) The obvious connection between the supposed story that said Mexican hired a hit man from the same drug dealers that Obama-Holder-Clinton have used in the past [to assassinate fed Judge Rollo, the democratic party guy in Arkansas who new too much about H Clinton when she was running for Pres, another democratic party man for same reason, the PR woman in Hollywood who helped publicize the Clintons and Obamas],& WHOM THEY WERE TRYING TO ARM WITH WEAPONS IN THE GUNWALKING is the smoking gun literally, is it not?
3) The Iranians are not fools, according to the Old Testament. In fact, when the Hand of GOD wrote on the wall of Belshazzar it wrote that the kingdom of GOD was divided and given to the "Medes & Persians". The Persians are the modern day Iranians, and they are not fools since the Bible says paraphrased that a fool says there is no God. The Iranians as a class do not deny the existence of God. therefore as a class, they are not fools, by God's definition, which I trust waaaaaaaaaaaay more than any human 's words. It would be political and actual suicide for them to attack a Muslim Ambassador and especially a Saudi one.
4) IF anyone was planning to assassinate the Saudi Ambassador I would immediately suspect Obama and his group of lawless thugs, who assassinated Osama bin Ladin and al-Awlaki and Khan already, and none of those three were formally charged with any crime in the US,nor indicted by Grand Jury [required before capital crimes brought to trial] nor allowed to present a defense or witnesses on their behalf, not allowed appeals, nor found guilty of anything but by Obama who HATES for anyone to speak/write against him or his regime, and who has attacked every computer company in the world to try wrest from them a backdoor to spy the world.
5) And the hypocrisy is totally apparent. IF Iran planned a hit on a MUSLIM [Iranians ar predominately Muslim and they are a brotherhood, not attacking their own, generally speaking], and Obama -Holder-Clinton pretend it is shocking, how then do they attempt to explain their regimes' assassinations of the 3 on foreign soils, and the 4 in the US already mentioned? 6) Obama is suddenly pretending to have grown a conscience,saying he plans 'sanctions" against Iran for planning but not executing a kill of Saudi Ambassador; but in reality what happened is that no one believes his trumped story 'news".
7) And last but compelling, the Manhatten courtroom is where the Mexican man who supposedly planned the hit on the Saudi
Ambassador is where he appeared to state his plea. Now, remember when Obama wanted the IMF head Dominique Strauss-Kahn replaced? He got an emigrate who lied to get into the US, and who happens to be black, with a shady past [prostitution is not considered an 'honorable' profession by most nations. to testify against him. And the Justice Dept was behind that too. And they pushed it to trial lightning fast. If a US citizen, white woman has accused an emigrate of rape/violence/abuse/threats/actual harm to her body it would have dragged on for months or years before a trial took place.
That scheme worked so well for Obama, that they are trying it again. Strauss-Kahn was shown in handcuffs to the public to ruin him and cause him to be removed from his job, before he was found guilty of anything. His passport was confiscated and he was detained in the US against his will based upon the testimony of a black woman who decided to 'clean his bank acct' and not just his room. Now Obama-Holder-Clinton are trying that trick again but using a Mexican paid informant-tool-bribed person to be the 'fall guy" for Obama-Holder-Clinton-Panetta 's political careers. And in the same federal district of Manhatten to pretend prosecute just to the degree enough and long enough til the Press stops asking questions about gunwalking and starts heaping praise on Obama {propaganda not true praise] and Holder for "intercepting" an assassin's plot. How convenient! Obama believes he and his kill team have their own self-defined authority to assassinate even U S citizens but don't think any other nation has that same "right"?? Could you spell h-y-p-o-c-r-i-t-s ???
IF you believe for one nano-second that Iran hired a Mexican to assassinate the Saudi Muslim Ambassador, you are part of the problem with America, and you cannot be trusted to make intelligent decisions.And if you do not see/realize how it is all part of a political scheme to "protect" the democrat in office/power then you probably should not vote in the Presidential election because you are too stupid.

The Real AfterShocks of 11-Sept-2011--what 2 mourn

I read an article in wired.com on cnn.com tech section today about the way to defeat terrorism by refusing to be terrified forever. And it was a considerable, thought provoking article. And I thought on it for few minutes and want to add my thoughts on that event. I remember it vividly because I lived in Falls Church, Virginia at the time, walking distance from the metro to downtown D.C. I walked to the metro train intermittently, and rode it into the Capitol to attempt to lobby as Registered Nurse with license in Virginia [at that time, not now] with medical facts to dispense to any legislator who would listen or allow it [not many interested in medical facts, sadly]. And I researched at the library in Falls Church and read the nations and world's news there also to follow the prolife debates and candidates, legislators etc. On that particular day as I had walked back to my apt I was greeted in lobby of the apt building by several people unknown ,unrelated to me from other apts in the same bldg, who were nearly hysterical, shouting rapidly, excitedly to me as I walked in the door : "did you see THE BOMB?" My immediate thought was a prayer, "OH DEAR GOD, what bomb?" but I said aloud "no, there was no bomb". I had no idea what they were talking about. They quickly informed me there was "indeed a bomb" and I should have been able to see it in the sky. I said I walked from the library on the sidewalk. I did not see any bomb.
And at first I honestly wondered if they had all been drinking or what?? Then saw it on the news/tv.
Now then, I wrote all of that to get to this:
there was a decided event, no question about it; and the ramifications of that have turned the US into a nation bordering on communist-control of EVERY move, thought, word, deed of EVERY citizen. The real after-effect on America is the loss of civil liberties as citizens are subjected to what amounts to an intimate search of their actual physical body including private parts for no other reason than wanting to take a vacation and fly to destination, or wanting to visit family 1400 miles away and fly to there.And their cell phones, landline phones, internet service, emails, US mail, whereabouts tracked endlessly without probable cause. In fact, I am confident that Obama would not be in office if he had not turned the Patriot Act into his political cow-catcher for information on voters, and had not hired a MASSIVE cyber-fake-security-but-political-spying-machinery to spy , censor, report on, suppress those who opposed him or didn't vote for him.
And another aftershock of that event is the fact reported by that wired article today, that the US spent 6.6 TRILLION $$$ chasing "possible threats". That article pointed out that an American has a greater chance/risk of dying in a car accident that being killed by a terrorist. And I would add to that, writing as a Registered Nurse, now licensed in Missouri, that homosexuals have a much greater risk of dying of AIDS than terrorism. And heterosexuals have a much greater risk of being killed by a violent jealous psychopath spouse/ex-spouse than being killed by a terrorist. And members of Congress have a much greater chance of being killed by a disgruntled constituent than a terrorist. And planes are much more likely to just fall out of sky and crash because of interference into their computer-operated auto-pilot that "pilots' them into the ground.
A third aftershock to that event of Sept 11,2011 was that Americans are afraid to even knock on their neighbor's door to say "hello" or receive a geniune gift from a person anywhere. Congress has stopped receiving U S mail from their constituents from fear of Anthrax, or "bomb" in a box, etc. So citizens have no real method of communicating with Congress, and Congress knows it since switchboard only takes messages that are probably never delivered to anyone. The result of that is a Congress that does not answer to the people and does it's own thing, without regard for what the people want.
And the biggest aftershock of the 9.9 on Richter scale earthquake-tsunami-effect of that WTC attack was that the Patriot Act was renewed that should have been named the spy-on-US-citizens-control-communication-&-transportation Act since there is NOTHING Patriotic about it. It gave to a single man [or whoever is President] enormous powers on the scale of an absolute tyrannical dictator, and it is not constitutional* . It totally changes the very form of government in the US to one that resembles the Nazi regime of propaganda [Obama"s relentless speeches pumping up his stupid ideas; ha! If they were only stupid I would breathe a sigh of relief--they are evil]; killing of innocents [in wombs by the millions] ; suppression of civil liberties of citizens; war, occupation of Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya --all events of an imperial government expanding.
Yea, that event at WTC was catastrophic that day for 3000 families, and I am not belittling that. It was also more so since then as the US has morphed into the sort of country nobody wants to live in. People can get jobs in India, China, Phillippines,Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, but not the U S. And they can afford to live in those places as the cost of living is not sky high. And their 'fat-cat' officials don't take a vacation at taxpayers' expense every 3 months as Obama does. Nor do they drag along their 'beast' [see reference to that in Revelations in Bible that says devil rides on a beast] to every country [as Obama does].
Also, I would like to add that I am a US citizen; and having to write this gives me no pleasure; but on the other hand, it does the US no good for everyone to hide their heads in the sand and pretend the situation is different. Facing the inconvenient truth is the first step to reclaiming this nation.

In the yahoo.com today on their news tab is article about Obama's U S Attorney General Holder being implicated in the ATF providing 2000 semi-automatic type weapons to the enemies of the US and d-r-u-g- dealers; with this quote:"The Obama administration has been under scrutiny after revelations that as many as 2,000 guns were sold to suspected gun traffickers, not properly tracked and ended up at crime scenes in the United States and Mexico." {Obama's administration arming drug dealers and enemies of the US???}
Remember that simply because they cross the border at Mexico does not necessarily mean they are Mexican, They could be any nationality.

words-that-work.biz is down because of earthlink's evil

This is a notice to the public, that I Gloria Poole , of Missouri now but for most of my life from state of Georgia, own the entity of words that WORK and the domain of http://words-that-work.biz, and other domains also. The website at words-that-work.biz is down for past week maybe longer { I discovered it was down a week ago], and it was down few minutes ago. It is paid up, and I am the ONLY owner of the account. I am in contact with earthlink [my acct since 2002 but that moved with me to several places] and with the registrar,and with the people who regulate the internet, or publish info about domains [who is?]. The possible explanations for why it is down are:
1) earthlink employers stole the payment sent on August 3rd, that was 88.xx dollars for 2 months but was supposed to be 9.95 x 2 ] ;they have hiked the bill higher and higher in their attempts to defraud me, and switched certain aspects of billing, and probably did money-laundering to refund the excessive amt to either felon second exhusband or to the catholic church [ I am NOT catholic but that does not stop them];
2) earthlink was hacked;
3) earthlink routinely for past 7 years allowed a man NOT authorized on my webhosting [my second exhusband in Colorado; and other cybercriminals from Colorado to access/log into my acct with my passwords that earthlink provided to them;
4) the US mail altogether quit running to St Louis or delivering certified guaranteed mail there.
So I am posting this because I am thinking the entire world should know to be VERY cautious in signing up with earthlink. It was a good company in the beginning [around 2001 when I first became aware of it] but it morphed apparently.
Also, to let not that totally distract me from the mission of words that WORK, which has always meant 'words that WORK, achieve results for the glory of GOD", I want to add these comments:

Does that help either the business or the employee? NO.

Parents stop ur minor children from iTunes

This is another attempt of mine to force Apple to clean up iTunes since children are allowed to use it. I know I could sue them and try to make difference that way, but what is any judgement against Apple Computers going to do? They have more money than US government or Exxon, and they would pay it and go on with evil. So I decided maybe the best course of action is to educate PARENTS who care about their children. iTunes has pedophile-promoting apps soliticiting boys for -s-e-x, and it has an app describing or showing [ according to title, I didn't open it to avoid getting on some list of FBI] positions for -s-e-x. *
I have been married twice** and all that involves and I believe there's certainly a time and place for adults of opposite s-e-x- who are married to each other to enjoy the privileges of marriage. However, I am a vehement opponent of introducing children into s-e-xu-al behaviors for any reason. They deserve a childhood and innocence. I am writing this entry today because I signed into my iTunes acct recently and the pedophile-promoting app was still there even though I have complained repeatedly to Apple about it.. I realize it could be what the feds call a "honey-pot" to log the ip addresses of those who click on it to prosecute them with facts and track them online easier. I hope it is and that everyone who clicked on it gets logged by Apple Security AND the FBI and US Dept of Justice for prosecution for illegal trafficking in children and pedophilia. Since I reported it already several times to Apple and some of their staff told me that because I thought pedophilia was wrong didn't mean everyone did. Well. perverts don't --obviously; but good people do think pedophilia is VERY WRONG. I am not giving up the cause of making the internet safer or of getting laws prohibiting minor children from using it, IF companies continue to promote illegal, immoral activities.
Also, I have a Microsoft OS computer as well as 2 Apple computers, and Microsoft recently had 89 security updates. I don't know what to make of that--it is overwhelming and I fear updating. Can anything with 89 PATCHES ever be effective? Could you imagine patching an inner tube 89 times? That was the most recent suugested update but before that just as many--it's never ending. Their OS is like a sieve [strainer sort of like for spaghetti]. And my cell phones [all of them it seems] were hacked AGAIN,as photos stolen as I was taking them and after they appeared as photos and then vanished] and txt messages stolen AGAIN. So be warned cell phones are NOT secure.
Also be aware that earthlink HQ'd in Atlanta Georgia is having some sort of meltdown trying to send online payments sent through their supposedly secure site to Russia, among other problems.

Update with more information about earthlink I just learned from my own account:
1) their so-called support is being sent to a phi-sh-ing site with email of admin at the theaarts.net;
2) their name earthlink is a decoy since all their email is bouncing and says name is mindspring not earthlink;
3) they have NO clue what is going on;
4) they have an unsafe/insecure 'chat' ;
5) their website redirects itself to a trick site with words findex.com in it;
6) they don't have communications with the other earthlink offices around the country;
7) they tried to send my payment back to a man who is not related to me in any way, does not live with me, never worked for or with words that WORK in any capacity ever; and that is a money-laundering scheme of his that he has done OFTEN on the internet.
8) their so-called tech support has no idea how to ping a modem.

On Being a Patriot in 2011

There is much discussion in the news and in high places about the 'cure' for the national debt. Well. it is obvious to anyone who as ever run a household or a business that cannot exist only on debt. The US as a nation is in $14.n TRILLION of debt. That figure is unfathomable to most people. It is written as 14000000000000 . I think it is a thousand billions. It is the massive expansion of government programs that caused it and B Clinton and B Obama and T Kennedy in his career politician stranglehold were/ are the worst spenders that this nation ever endured. it cannot continue. The horrible Obama plan to make the poor criminals if they don't pay for services they cannot afford [the fake reform of health care of the stupid Obama brainwashed by Harvard] is a giant leap into communism of the sort of Marx. The redistribution of wealth is one of the biggest planks of the communist manifesto. And the other and worst for any nation is the secular humanism of communism, that has the goal of being all things to all people in their efforts to buy/hold onto power.
Here is a quote that all should learn, from Canada Free Press, sent to me via email today:
"Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”—George Washington (1732-1799)".
When the government, any government tells you it owns your money, and your career, and your children [mandatory vaccination programs] and your vehicles, and houses, it is by definition not a nation at liberty. IF a government tells you have to buy anything, the assumption is that they own your money. IF the government tells you, you have to pay tribute money to any false god, then the assumption is that they are attempting to replace The TRUE and Living GOD with fake/false gods. IF the government tells you you cannot talk about/write about GOD outside the four walls of your govt registered 'place of worship" then you have no "right" to worship GOD, and or speak of HIM and you are not at liberty. IF the government has to approve every article written by the Press by running it the White House Press corps then there is no free press.
I am law-abiding. I was taught that as a way of life by my daddy, who believed absolutely in law and order and who loved the US military and considered it a privilege to serve the nation in that way. But to say I am law abiding does not mean I would go along with anything that directly contradicted the law of GOD. I wouldn't. I would choose civil disobedience before I would kill innocents in the womb, or before I would accept/tolerate the false teaching of sodomy as a "right" when it is always a wrong according to scripture. I would choose civil disobedience even if that meant I had to emigrate to another nation because I am not forsaking GOD for any reason, I am not quitting the evangelization effort that began words that WORK in 1993 in the state of Georgia. And I am not breaking any laws by writing scripture or writing that I am Christian. Those who attempt to censor me for being prolife, and or Christian and or opposed to homosexual behaviors, are on shaky ground with the US Constitution as I have the same liberty to hate perverts as they have to hate Christians.

Update @ 11:53 am after reading article in news.yahoo about George Brunk who was sentenced to 4 yrs in prison for stalking on line via Facebook. I have these comments. To the prosecutor who tried to get him an easy sentence by claiming that at THE AGE of 24 he is "immature, unemployed,bored" and " drunk" as his excuse for his crimes, please remember the REAL laws. None of those are a defense individually or collectively for any crime. And if at age 24 he is all of those things, he is not going to change very much. He's going to be worst drunk as time goes on; a worst unemployed since apparently at age 24 he still lived with his parents letting them support him. Be ashamed Prosecutor. The fact that you offered those statements as a defense to crimes reveals you : 1) don't know the real law, or 2) don't care what the real law is. Either way, how does the state of California allow such nonsense in a court of law?

Prolifers Rise Up & take back America from Murderers

I am writing on several points today The prolife cause is always and forever in my mind, for these reasons:
1) "The fear of THE LORD is to hate evil: pride,and arrogancy and the evil way, and the froward mouth [footnote says perverse], do hate." Proverbs 8:13
2) "Thou shalt not kill" .Exodus 20:13
3)"Proverbs 31: : "open thy mouth for the dumb* in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction".
I am not quitting this cause. The gates of hell rose up against me in many ways to try to defeat me and try to destroy me, but the devil has lost the battle! Praise to THE LORD JESUS for that. I am alive, and though I had to reinstall my Operating system on both my computers 4 times since Jan 2011, I have working computers. And though I have fractured ribs, and a second concussion from being knocked into the air and then hitting the pavement full force, after being hit fiercely with about a 4 ton van while walking in the crosswalk on June 13, in my town, I tolerate the pain of it and keep on keeping on. This cause of saving the baby humans from genocide is bigger than me, and bigger than my pain or suffering.
And the political battle is heating up. The campaign lies of that wicked Obama are being pumped by the fake news of the NY Times, and the liberal leftist magazines, and all those organizations organized by the devil to try to defeat GOD and make a mockery of HIM. But Galatians 6:7 is written , "be not deceived. GOD is not mocked. For whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." There are some good people running for the office of President, and there are some bad people who use their power to kill, also running. It is up to the nation to select the GOOD people who oppose killing of innocents in the womb, and who have Planned Parenthood in the cross-hairs of their spiritual weapons of prayer, determination, and scripture.
I think the good people are Gov Rick Perry, Sarah Palin, and Michelle Bachman who will stand and be counted for the preborn humans.

My Room w/ a View Perspective on Computers & I.T.

Before I write this that is intended to be a public help to all those unfortunate folks, who like me, have to sort of maintain their own computers. Since 1993 I have had a mssion goal for my life of using computers to spread the gospel to the world, teach the difference between the holy and the profane and push the world toward a prolife embrace of human life; and an activist effort to save the baby humans. I am educated well enough to do that since I am a Registered Nurse and have a business degree, and about 25 years of I.T. efforts. Now, I wrote all of that to get to this:
In this evening's news on the money.cnn section online is article entitled "CEO's on the Hot Seat" and includes Ballmer of Microsoft, and Cisco's CEO. and SONY's,and HP's and Yahoo's. I am writing this to give them what I perceive to be their places where they miss the goal, and also to give the public my reasons. Most of what I write on this topic is as a woman who has to somehow keep her privately owned computers running securely enough to accomplish the goals of my life, as a bottom line achievement. I will start with Cisco. I bought a $94 router + or - few dollars made by Cisco for small business security it said on box and instructions. When I got home with it, and set it up to my computer the password supplied did not work. I called Cisco support line who assumed that since I am a woman I must have been the secretary and refused to give me the password to the brand new router I paid for, saying they changed it. So I could not use the router and it was a loss to me because it was on sale marked down from the usual price of about $178, so I could not return it. So I learned quickly what sort of business Cisco is. To be kind, I will not write my feelings about them and stick to the facts.
On to Yahoo. In the same year that Sarah Palin's yahoo email was hacked, so was mine. A Yahoo email I have had since 1996 was broken into and was being used by someone other than me. I think I wrote Yahoo tech support, and security for about 2 yrs before they replied. I was not willing to abandon it because it was my first email acct and was /is known all over the world. Enough said .
Next, HP: I bought a hp Pavilion computer with Microsoft software in 2003--it was nothing but aggravation. There was no security on it whatsoever, and to make matters worst their CEO was caught spying for the Democratic party by using insider knowledge of consumers who bought HP products. I bought another one in 2007 from Gateway with Microsoft only to discover that Gateway has this thing that allows almost any person in the world with any level of computer skills above never touched a computer before, to connect to it and to any computer it ever connected too, also. So it is the go-between sort of like an extension cord to extend the damage [malware, viruses, worm,trojan,spies] on it to virtually every device or computer you own. BAD bad security or rather no security.
Now to SONY. Sony makes great products with one HUGE flaw. They allowed their portable devices {PSP's and the newer version] to connect to any device & unsecured wi-fi connection and then to connect to other wifi in a constant pool of sharks swimming it seemed to me. I bought a PSP in Jan this year and had NO warning whatsoever it was not secure or encrypted and that it connected to the devices of others whether I liked that or not, and it ruined my mini computer I connected it to via usb.
For any one who uses their computer for real work or life's goals, to subject them to destructive powers running rampant on web, was nearly ruinous to me. IF a company is going to create those devices they should come with warning stickers that say 'this device is not secure, and not encrypted; therefore do not put confidential info on it".
To sum up, I think the fastest way for corporate heads to get results and make progress for their stockholders is to stop the drain of information that is confidential via their devices ; to make secure computers and software their goals; and to put their own fortunes on the line by giving every one of their employees their own products and only theirs to use, so they quickly find the leaks of their own money, and get motivated very fast. When they are spending taxpayers monies through corporate programs or Wall St bailouts, or public IPO's and their salaries, perqs and privileges continue regardless of their performance, there is no incentive to improve. And when their employees are using products made by other companies to protect their own assets, that is a very telling indicator of the lack of security on what they sell.

I really hate those democratic-socialist PACs disguised as newspapers, like the NY Times, and the Washington Post.

I always thought I would love to have about a year's visit in Switzerland or maybe move there but now I think: spend money in a country KNOWN to kill it's tourists? And my answer is no way,no how!
Switzerland when it comes up for vote soon, ask yourself if the Nazi image of "medicine' is how you want your country to be remembered in the minds of the world? And remembering that Hitler also killed in the name of "doing what was best" for those he decided had to die. It is macabre, illegal in the GOOD countries, and immoral always in the eyes of GOD who wrote HIS Commandments for all societies in stone, including "thou shalt not kill." Exodus 20:13,KJV. Swiss people, you have a heritage of being descended from the Anabaptists--don't ruin it. Be what GOD intended not what the devil intends. HBGary.DoD Apple Spying Citizens w/ their own comp,ph

I have long been opposed to the US government routinely spying on citizens as that violates the 4th Amendment totally. I also am not as naive as I once was, and have learned much about this topic while trying to stop the proabort shadow government of Obama-Hillary-Planned-Parenthood-and-their-pervert-network spying on me, as I write as they attempt to censor my speech and religious beliefs. In the process of trying to learn enough to get control of my computers away from the State Dept run by jezebel Hillary, I have looked at much of the source code on my windows machines [but I don't have only windows]. I have found many many secretive computer programing code commands that circumvented the builtin security and firewalls of every browser. I have reported some of that to a hosting company I have done business with for years.
I do not believe that average ordinary 'teenagers' as the news often portrays criminal hackers have the level of skills necessary to break into the Pentagon security on computers or the State Dept's either;nor do I believe the so-called leaks were 'leaks' at all, but deliberate releases of information by the State Dept and or Pentagon to 'show up" certain diplomats in order to remove them by surreptious underhanded ways . I think the company HBGary in cahoots with the Dept of Defense,the Pentagon and the White House are spying on every citizen in the US via their computers, and every diplomatic post, and every person anywhere connected to the internet.
I am not the only person who thinks so. In this morning's news in CNN, in the tech tab and in the Ars Technica section is an article describing HBGary's and the US federal governments roles in spying on citizens. I quote:"The e-mail trail showed that HBGary was pitching its rootkits to defense contractors,
and writing what can only be described as malware; hostile programs that would exploit security flaws and install rootkits."

I suspect this is what the enemies of free Press use to attack T-Mobile phones with a magenta T to take them over and get control of them to try to force T-Mobile out of business for not bowing before Obama's plan to spy on citizens.

I think if the U S is to continue we have to vote out of office Obama and every appointee of his, fire Hillary, fire Gates in the Dept of Defense [who after all is not a military person at all but a Dept of Education trained in spying techniques person] and disassemble probably most of the computers in America since the so-called anti-virus is usually only a way of the government reading every file on your computer. That's for starters. And then vote out every socialist Judge that does not abide by/follow the written Constitution and every legislator also who doesn't.
Also, while I'm on the topic of bad government, I think the death of Judge John Rollo in Arizona was a planned hit by a paid ahead of time assassin and that was also planned on Congresswoman Giffords for having read the Constitution with open mic in Congress thus promoting it. Anarchists, illegal aliens crossing southwest border of US, and communists hate the Constitution. There was no effort to save Judge Rollo medically because he would have sided with the citizens of Arizona [and against Obama] and there was that big case of Obama vs Arizona pending that Obama desperately wants to win to flex his communist arm and hammer.

Update @ 11:07 pm same day with thisArticle says in South Korea it is illegal to read someone else's email. It should be that way in the US also. The idea promoted by corporate America that spying on citizens is ok, is not ok. IF corporations issue devices or computers that they allow employees to take home, then they compromise corporate secrets and records; and they should not be surprised when their info is 'leaked' to the cybercriminals who want it desperately, or to ubiquitous marketers, or to the Press, or to competitors.
I read that most of the US's federal agencies give even low ranking employees cell phones [blackberrys in most instances] and laptops or netbooks to use as their own,take home, keep over weekends when not traveling for agency etc. Then when there was a major so-called leak from the US State Dept they acted surprised. Some events are very predictable and not 'accidents" at all. Giving lots of people 24/7 access to confidential info is insane and most bona-fide 'security" I.T. would tell you that.
Unfortunately, in the US so-called 'social media" is supposed to take the place of good in person at retail store service. I think it is one reason US is not competitive, and the economy is tanked and companies outsource.
I love electronic gadgets,computers,cell phones --I really do; they are great when they work correctly and do not give every detail of my life to unknown people. But the risks are escalating exponentially at warp speed.
My plea to gadget makers, handset makers, computer,laptop,netbook makers is remember the 4th Amendment protections against 'illegal search and seizure' of content by government. If the capability to spy exists, all governments will exploit it. And maybe all citizens should buy handsets made in South Korea ??

First Case of "HealthCare Crime" of citizen is shameful

The effects of the evil plan to takeover healthcare, parental rights, households,incomes,and citizens' liberties by the Obama administration is on display today in several news stories. There is an article in several news sources online about a woman being found 'guilty' of "murder' for not giving her minor child potent chemicals. That is nothing but the Obama administration meddling into State affairs,and citizen's liberties and parental rights; and tampering with Judges and juries. And a scheme by BIG PHARMA to try to make not using drugs a crime so they are guaranteed by BIG BROTHER GOVERNMENT of Obama-Sebelius-Holder-Clinton radicals a huge annual income after that administration tries to force all citizens everywhere to bow at their altars and swallow their chemicals, to alter their brains, and bodies, and ovulation, and sperm counts, AND ability to think/protest/disagree with BIG BROTHER GOVERNMENT.
The news event is news for certain but for different reasons than they think so. It is the first 'test case' of the healthcare crimes embodied in the 'reform' of healthcare by that evil administration and they 'reformed' it from a life-saving goal to a death-by-state-licensed-people-goal, and a buy-what-we-tell-you-or-go-to-prison-on-trumped-charges-goal, and to a worship-insurance-companies-instead-of-GOD-goal. It is a shameful expansion/usurpation of power and it has to be defeated one way or the other. Obama's 'dead in the water' politically and thank GOD for that. He's on the scale of Hitler,Stalin,Mussolini when it comes to denying liberties of the citizens, lack of Constitutional law, and life-killing government.
It is sad that the little boy died of cancer but he might would have even if he ad taken the cell-killing-chemicals of chemotherapy. The majority of patients with cancer do not live much longer than 5 yrs even with chemotherapy. Chemotherapy makes a person's hair fall out, and makes them vomit, and depresses bone marrow in some cases. It has many side effects. For a mother to be tried for murder for not giving a young child such chemicals shows the direction this country is headed in. Many people in America even adults opt out of chemotherapy because they are potent drugs that while trying to kill the cancer also kill good cells. That woman should get a Constitutional lawyer and sue that prosecutor for violation of civil liberties, violation of parental authority and rights in the law, and using her to to try to force all mothers everywhere to blindly obey whatever any so-called 'healthcare professional' tells her. I am a Registered Nurse since 1971 and in that long history there were some so-called 'healthcare professionals' that I would not have allowed to treat my dog [when I had a dog]. And whom I disagreed with so vehemently that I decided whatever ailment I had was better than their so-called cure.
Obama and his evil regime have to be defeated. They are destroying the nation by trying to make everyone wards of the state [generically used to mean government] , by trying to create whole new class of crimes of 'failure to obey blindly any healthcare recommendation', and 'being too poor to pay lots of money for something you may not need for decades [young people]', and 'failure to do whatever government tells you' and 'failure to take your chemicals' and 'failure to buy what government tells you' and 'failure to submit your body to annual review to see if ok with government if you live another year". etc,etc,etc for thousands of pages in the fake reform of healthcare by Big BROTHER/African King Obama.

The lessons to be learned are:
1)do not give your home address, email address, telephone number to retail stores or add them to any site not secure with encryption [which means most sites on web--few are encrypted].
2) Delete your Facebook acct since it gives your info to the US gov't,the many marketing companies and virtually every Facebook customer,and the Democratic Party.
3) Remember Paypal's security questions are not asked generally and the allow criminals to access your acct with your email address & telephone number. The security questions are to fool you into thinking they are secure.
4) Remember iTunes captures your card info WHETHER OR NOT you are signed into your iTunes acct and applies the info where they want too--> NOT secure.
5) Remember that unless a site is encrypting your info if it is intercepted by any of the 2 billion people who have internet, it is in plain text--human readable and therfore usuable by criminals.
6) Remember that every university & college in the US and most abroad have what is required mandatory 'computer labs' that have no faculty in attendance, no rules, no ethics training in not stealing or breaking into computers, and no punishments for the students who do those things or for the so-called supervising faculty either.
7) Remember that there are at least two annual events whe big computer companies PAY people to break into computers to supposedly learn from them and then publish their names as the 'winner' of the contest,thus providing rewards,pay & public recognition for breaking into other's computers.

Please remember that criminals would not risk federal prison [cybercrime is a FEDERAL crime] to get worthless information. Though banks, financial companies, and marketing companies for retailers have tried to downplay the risk to consumers, don't be deceived by that. Think how you sign into online bank or financial accts--what login info? Think about how the US government and any government could find out your name , address and location of your email if they want too which means that criminal hackers could also do that. Think about how the US gov't allows telephone companies to allow 'third-party billing' and watch your phone bills for scams added to your bill. There are many ways that criminals could use email addresses long with your name and address and or telephone number e.g. they could apply for credit accounts with that info, or steal your name and accounts or hijacked your postal mail. I know from first-hand experience those events are possible because they have happened to me personally.
Don't be fooled by criminals just because they are on the web. Use common sense in answering phone calls, or responding to anything online. If you have any doubts about an email, delete it. If you find it to be an attempt to steal your info, report it to your isp and maybe the local law enforcement or FBI depending upon location of the sender of it. Do not open links in your email as a general rule--write down the info and type it into the browser to view it. Remember there is malicious code that when opened in your email could reveal your email login and password info to the criminals. Remember that some computers' operating systems store your password and all a criminal has to do to find it, is get past the firewall and know where to look. Look at your settings and set your computers to never save passwords and to delete the cache when browser closes; and to use https where possible. When logging into secure sites [https] make sure a golden padlock is showing as locked before logging in. If it seems someone is fighting with you for control of the mouse log out! Quick! And shut down your computer. Delete the downloads to make sure no script [hidden download] is waiting there; delete your browsing history so criminals won't know you logged into your online bank acct when they break through firewall. And block javascript,popups,cookies and plug-ins as a general rule,only enabling them specifically when needed for known trusted sites. Remember that what you add as 'trusted' gets past the built in firewall and may have bad stuff piggy-backing onto it into your computer. Criminals on the internet are rampant--the sheer numbers of them overwhelm Police and cybercrime units so you sort of have to police your own computer. Pay attention to the tech sections of the news who tend to report cyber-attacks and during those times, don't log in to online accts except in emergency.
This advice is from my personal experience gained in 20 yrs of using computers to write, create websites, and personal study of computers' OS, and security {I.T. news etc] and some official study with Microsoft seminars and at University of Georgia years ago, I am not an I T expert but I have learned much the hard way from the school of hard knocks as it is sometimes called. It is intended to help you but I am not certified as computer expert or security guru, so keep that in mind.

Because it's a lie. Women have not changed that much over time. Most women when married [and I think men too, though I am a woman writer] do not want their spouses sleeping around. I am writing this to the ArchBishop Rowan Williams and the other two ArchBishops who are conducting/participating in the royal wedding of Prince William with Miss kate Middleton. I read in the BBC and other news stories that Prince William's wedding will be videographed and sold on iTunes! I think that is not only tacky but slimey. And I know it is a violation of the very words of JESUS, who overturned the moneychangers' tables in the Temple, and [quoting KJV] ""said unto them that sold"..."take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise". John 2:10,King James Holy Bible.
The fact that THREE Archbishops of the Church of England are apparently willing to throw away the words of JESUS to accomodate money-hungry people of any class, shows me that the Church of England has lost its virtue and its relationship to THE LIVING LORD JESUS. Will you sell out JESUS for public favor? And if that willingnessof Prince William to sell to different bidders, his birthright status to cheapen it, making he & Kate nothing more and nothing less than TV personalities which are a dime a dozen, is indicative of Prince William's attitude toward his royal duties and the world's opinion of him as future "Defender of the [Christian] faith" then I think it is best if Uk becomes a republic and does away with Monarch altogether. The world does not need any more fake Christians as leaders.
The fake Christian Obama has by himself done much damage to the world's Christians, and to the secular world's concept of Christianity.

I am adding these quotes here to comment on them. The obvious remark that has everyone in the US's attention is that warm-fuzzy from Gaddafi to Obama. Maybe that is why, showing complete disdain for the mess America is in, Obama took his family and ran to Brazil. Does he look worried or concerned about the mess his lack of leadership has caused in America? Or about the lack of response of Gaddafi to his 'warnings' as the news put it? He looked sort of like a man on his 7th or 8th vacation [he takes a quarterly trip to coincide with college quarter breaks]. Gaddafi, remember what you wrote that you wanted to follow Obama's example? So get it done--follow Obama and flee to place of refuge and set the people in Libya free. Go have a beer with Obama in Brazil--it's his method of reconcilialiation as the US observed during the Harvard fiasco when that Gates man there thought laws did not apply to him, and Obama thought so too, and interfered into States' affairs.
And as for French President Sarkozy taking the lead to rout Gaddafi, well, he's a hero to the people there, no doubt.
And my last comment on this news story is, does Obama seriously think the US's military can fight a war in 3 separate locations: Iraq,Afghanistan AND Libya? If so he's been imbibing some sort of elixir from some la-la-land.

In this past week, both of my new computers were attacked by the US government because I complained about Obama's killing-of-innocents-in-the-womb, and because I called him a pervert on a blog because he hired one of that evil sort to make his private appointments, thus apparently thinking he could defy all the Commandments of GOD [read Leviticus 18:22 KJV and Romans chapter one KJV and Exodus ch 20, KJV] and thinking he will rub GOD's nose in the Commandments of GOD. I sincerely pray he burns in hell and the sooner the better.

Having written that, I want to tell you what I learned by having worked through the mechanisms the US government uses to attack computers illegally; so you are informed as to some of their methods, so you will be on guard against cyberattack by the US government. I am a US citizen and not charged with any crime or guilty of any crime; but in the eyes of those who kill for money, I am their worst enemy [because I write often that it is a sin against GOD to kill innocents and that sodomy and lesbianism is abomination to GOD.] The devil and the followers of the devil hate GOD and also hate the followers of GOD. I am Christian. Back to the topic of how the Obama administration attacks computers:
1) they 'jam' the signals with radar via the Pentagon; which scrambles the code that tells the computer what to do. If you are paying close attention, when every thing on your computer--keyboard, apps,mouse,browser freeze and do nothing, unplug your computer instantly and disconnect from your isp immediately. The War Powers Act is abused against US citizens to try to prevent negative press of either H Clinton or Obama. Those evil twins abuse all power to try to censor/suppress/oppress the prolifers, the Christians who are born again, and the true republicans who do not want communism as government.
2) They have taken control of Facebook, [through $$$$ on stock exchange when it went public] and they took control of Microsoft years ago via the anti-trust fake lawsuit against Microsoft that had end result of US government getting a 'backdoor' into EVERY computer or device that Microsoft makes anywhere in the world, in exchange for allowing Microsoft to continue their monopoly on computers . And as the news reported about 10 days ago, Obama the devil, met with Zuckerberg from Facebook [no doubt doing the bidding of Libya's Gadhafi a fellow African ] and with Steve Jobs of Apple, and with Eric Schmidt , current CEO of Google to find hw to capture those computers and gain access to total computer control worldwide. This was not a coincidence but directly relevant to how Facebook, Twitter & Google [saynow, and speak2tweet] were helpful in revolutions in Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Kuwait, and spreading across Arabic nations to set the people free. Liberty of the citizens is Obama's worst nightmare.
3) And dozens of ads appearing trying to get all corporations to move their content to the "cloud". Read into that-- instead of cloud substitute the US government's storage that they control the key too. IF you put your content on any cloud [remote from your computer and not on a physical device you have possession and control of, when Obama wants to suppress what you read or write from anywhere, your info is all 'in the cloud' for the U S government's [Homeland Hackers, Hillary's hackers, team-Obama Hackers] to access through the backdoor.
4) They abuse the War Powers Act to control /suppress/control virtually EVERY cell phone carrier in the world that does business in the US with even one customer. IF you saw that movie that was showing around Dec '08 that showed your cell phone tracking your every move and being controlled by government, that is right on target.
5) They use Microsoft to 'lockdown' the computers of the political enemies of either Obama or Clinton through their built-in lockdown {Windows Defender which really only defends Obama and Hillary's political careers] or through the built-in kill switch for the software you bought. Remember when you buy a Microsoft computer you never really own it. Microsoft allows you to use it only as long a you do not actively oppose Obama or H Clinton in public places like blogs, websites, or twitter. They get the automated software attack system that Windows builds into every computer to trun against the computer you bought by causing you as owner to download a corrupt file [with foreign language on it, or evil words in the code] then it tricks Windows into attacking your computer. Mission accomplished by Homeland cyberattack against political enemies of Obama the communist. They recently attacked Google apps via the same methods.
6) The US government 's cyberattack team [Homeland fake* security] creates/writes malicious code regularly and sends it agist computers of political enemies. They also use it to attack the computer run infrastructure of bridges, airplanes,water supply, heating, oil furnaces, [why your bill escalates constantly] , meters that measure gasoline, [transportation] , trains, airports,and other governments.
7) When you pay your bills online, the government knows the details of your bank accounts and your transactions as you do them. If you oppose either H Clinton or Obama they will attack your bank accounts and hold up payments you sent being paid, for any purpose that they think will hinder you.
8) They insert "hot keys' that distort your words as you type them to try to make it appear to your readers that you were sloppy or not paying attention, thus attempting to discredit you before your readers. My 5 WEEK old computer changed one word three times yesterday. I changed it twice to correct word and it changed it to wrong word.
9) Mobile devices [cell phones, tablets, laptops, netbooks] have a built in controller device that the government [or cell phone carrier when the government strong arms them into it] uses to drain the battery on your device almost instantly. It is called battery composite file. It sucks the battery dry of power so instead of hours of use, you get minutes .
10) If you have wired dsl, they get your connection number from your telephone company . The telephone companies are totally "regulated' --read controlled-- by the federal government, also through War Powers Act that's main purpose is controlling, spying on the citizens in order to rig elections. They add on excessive taxes [my $59 month plan has about $20 tax added] to try to price it out of the affordability of the so-called poor and to make it only available to the elite with real, private service.
My recommendations are and I admit they are not fool-proof nor as a computer expert would write them but as a citizen who has endured repeated attacks against my computers since 1991 because I write that killing of innocents in the womb is a sin and has to be a crime also. For starters,
1) have more than one method and more than one device to connect if internet connectivity is crucial to your life.
2) Have different carriers on your cell devices and different operating systems, and different computer companies.
3) Have internet companies and cell phones with HQ located outside the US if possible [or with branches outside the US] .
4) Learn enough about computer code to recognize what is going on.
5) Realize that most of the financial 'meltdown' occurred because online banking is NOT safe and money was sucked out of accounts by criminals and one of them is in the White House.

Google,Facebook,Apple Gurus summoned to White House????

ABC news article today says Steve Jobs, Eric Schmidt and Mark Zuckerberg who are the heads of Apple Computers, Google and Facebook respectively, have been summoned to the White House. What gives? That sort of sounds like Obama trying to capture control of those entities for his use in his reelection campaign, or for gaining control of those software /computers for control/domination of internet. As you might know when the US Dept of Justice anti-trust dept sued Microsoft for violation of anti-trust laws years ago, the deal they made to let Microsoft continue was that Microsoft creates a 'backdoor' in every operating system they make for law enforcement to snoop,spy on citizens without having to get a warrant. Is that the plan now for Facebook,Google and Apple too? 1984 [book] warnings are here America, when private individuals are summoned to the White House to give an account to the President directly.
That is a very suspicious event! It does not bode well for civil liberties in the US.
Remember that Obama was raised in the Muslim Indonesia where Muslims are majority. Muslim leaders are despots it seems according to the people in Iran,Bahrain,Libya, and Algeria, Egypt, Tunisia and Ye men. Is Obama about to try to shut down the internet? He could say he is Christian but his actions are not Christ-like since he tried to legalize abominable sins of sodomy and abortion; and he has caused the murders of millions of innocents in the womb since his fake reform of health care started paying for abortion through subsidies and freeing up other money and his political support of killing. The reasons these quotes appeal to me is that as most citizens recognize, I also do that no family OR nation can long endure that habitually lives beyond it's means and lives on borrowed money totally. So the Republicans recognizing that preserving the nation means dispensing with the fluff agencies; and also the evil agencies [like family planning to destroy America through depopulation.

And the second quote is a prolife quote for certain,and I am absolutely 100% prolife--FOR human life to continue. That means I do not care if the animals die out --they are on earth for the cause of humans according to scripture. Also Egypt please remember that you have to begin the process of writing a Constitution that defines the liberties you are seeking, and I am praying you do that very well; and that you include the freedom of an unregulated,uncontrolled-by-government Press; and the liberty to worship GOD in your places of worship individually without threat to your lives,bodies or livelihoods INLUDING Chrisians, Muslims, Jews,and any other religion; and freedom to peacefully assemble ;and freedom to protest your government without penalty;and freedom to vote for your elected representatives including the office of President and Judges.For starters, also, define how old a representative must be, how long a resident of Egypt, if requirement of naturally-born in Egypt for President; and wh elected and how.
And also including the other civil liberties of:
1) no unreasonable searches and seizures of your personal belongings, your households, your physical bodies; and
2) no arrests without a probable cause warrant signed by a Judge who has heard the facts, and
3) no holding in prison indefinitely [must be charged with a crime within say 48 hrs or released]; and
4) a quick trial by a jury of your peers [those in your socio-economic group--not hand-picked jurists who decide based upon where they get their bribe money] when charged with a crime; and
5) the right to legal representation of your choosing; and
6) the right to face your accusers in a Court of law and question them and see any evidence they have against you and
7) the right to prepare a defense, and the time to do it;
8) the right to appeal any decision right up to the highest Court.
9) And the rights for your family that your family and children are not punished for what you did or didn't do [but accused of];
10) the right to no cruel or unusual punishments ;
11) the right not to be put to death unless you have been found guilty of a capitol offense [usually murder,kidnapping,treason,heinous things like dismemberment of a human ] in a Court of law and after having had time to appeal any sentence,question your accusers, defend yourself, and present
your evidence and testimony in your defense.

The US government has jammed my computers so many times and it is immoral and illegal because I am a US citizen and they have no legal standing to monitor my words or censor me; but I know when they do that because everything on my computer freezes like a block of ice--the mouse and keyboard quit working, the screen is frozen--captured probably by a secret camera hidden in the file or page I was looking at. I am decent and moral and a prolifer. The so-called Homeland Security-- the US version of the KGB-- spies on US citizens incessantly and without any Judge's order and in many ways --via internet spies,at airports, at schools,universities,libraries, in their homes [via internet connection's 'backdoor"]. It is an excellent article written by "Khanfar [ who is] is director-general of the Al Jazeera network, which is based in Doha, Qatar."
I quote from the article written about Al-Jazeera news. :

I have read some of the Al Jazeera News reports [in English version they provide] and seen some of their photos. After I did that I read somewhere that they began with journalists who had
job experience working for the BBC [the BBC News has news sections from every continent and country of the world]. I know that they sent reporters to cover the National Democratic Party convention when it was held in Denver because I lived in Denver at that time* and there was a concerted effort by the Colorado news to prevent Al Jazeera from covering the convention. Qatar [HQ of Al Jazeera], is a stable economy somewhat--more so than the US presently is.
How could US seriously 'condemn' Egypt for not permitting Al Jazeera reports when the US does not permit them either? Is it in the best interests of Americans to only hear/read/know the Americanized version of world news? Or are we as a nation collectively tough enough to see ourselves as other's see us? And through the camera lenses of those not born in America?
I also know from first-hand having endured some of it when trying to present news from the Christian perspective, that there is much political 'string-pulling' covertly in the US to prevent negative press of either Obama or H Clinton or any of the Democratic Party. [ An aside: Remember that Obama's press releases of his prayers are propanganda as he has done more to annihilate America than Osama bin Laden ever could when he created a massive killing-of-innocents-in-the-womb-at-government-expense-plan-and-labeled-it-reform] .
Remember that the US is not a 'democracy' but a republic. A republic is very different having a Constitution agreed upon by the people themselves in honest elections and voting. A democracy has whatever rules the 'majority' wants and if the majority are godless people then that results in corruption, evil,killing,sodomy. Read the differences before spouting off you want a democracy and look at some of the so-called 'democratic' civilizations that put the words socialist before the word democracy often.

I read how the protests in Egypt have turned violent. It seems that has become a Civil War there pitting the anti-Mubarak forces against the pro-Mubarak forces. I reasoned Muburak would do that since he sent tanks to the Square. He raised the stakes by what happened today. I read several articles and the fact that Obama STILL thinks he's calling the shots there is one of the most obvious signs of his egotism-on-display. He is as bad as Mubarak.Here's my favorite quote from NY Times article that told how one man charged against the forces sent by Mubarak with the intent that his 2 yr old should live free, and as he did so he said to the onlooking men:“Aren’t you men?” he shouted. “Let’s go!” And thus began or propelled forward the Revolution in Egypt. Also it seems such a Civil War is coming and Obama so-called reform of health care that was a radical rewrite of the US Constitution is the catalyst. The long term entrenched mubarak's in the US Senate have to be voted out or office or impeached for dereliction of duty in upholding the US Constitution which does not allow federal government tyranny-[oversight of how we citizens spend our money], nor mandated expenditures by the citizens. Let the Civil War in the US begin too and start at the White House for these reasons:
1) Congress has not upheld the US Constitution; and
2) Congress has for 40 years laid a plan and gave backing to it with votes,money,political speeches and power,influence to depopulate the nation via abortion. And,
3) Congress and Obama are indifferent to the will of the people in this nation on the abortion issue and the so-called reform of health care which shifts money from Social Security to abortionists.And,
4) Congress, acting on Obama's plan to socialize the nation has indebted this nation to China forever, and created 14 TRILLION dollars of debt. When Obama took office [only 2 years ago but it feels much longer] it was something like 1.4 trillion.
5) And the FCC acting on Obama's wishes plans to control the internet in the US. and shut off communications of political adversaries. And.
6) Obama's 'watch" implemented xray scanning to the nakedness of humans as the travel at airports which is a HUGE infringement on each person's dignity and sense of self, and violation of the right to be free from unreasonable search ans seizures by the federal government, and for no reason. since those who bombed the World Trade Towers were not Americans.

U S should learn from Egyptians-oust career politicians

I realized today that the revolution in Egypt is coming to America too. In the future. When Americans realize we, as a nation, also do not need any politician in office for 30 YEARS. So let us learn from watching them. VOTE out of office every politician who has served more than the 8 allowed by law to the US President. The Constitution was amended to prevent a long term President and it is time to amend it again in these ways:
!0 create & vote to pass a Constitutional Amendment to protect the innocents in the womb from premeditated murder.; And
2) Amend it so no person currently holding any elected position in Congress could run for President while holding onto the title,pay and perqs of Congress; meaning to run for office would require resigning so seat could be filled with someone interested in the job.And
3) Amend it so no elected person could serve more than 2 terms if in Senate or 6 if in Congress [both equal 12 years].And,
4) Amend it to remove the President's War Powers so-called emergency usurpation of powers immediately.
5) And do not ever for any reason give any President the power to censor the people whether by shutting down internet, or hushing up newspapers, or bribing journalists or threatening them. or putting them on White House staff with office in the basement.
And citizens of America, do you think there will come a time in your lifetime,when a march of millions to evict the President from the White House happens? When the 2nd American Revolution takes place to oust the socialists from office? I think it will happen. And we should collectively as a nation, start by ousting John Kerry,Hillary Clinton,John McCain,the entire Black caucus who have served more than 12 years, and Nancy Pelosi, and every politician in office who has already served 12 years. Let's get it done for the sake of this country--vote the career politicians out of office--and see how soon the situation in the US improves.

Google, and SayNow [ a company acquired by Google] and Twitter have joined forces to create a new way intended to help anyone in Egypt communicate with outside-of-Egypt-world. Anyone could call these numbers however and speak a tweet, thus enabling those whose SMS service was disabled by politics [ I guess in any nation of any nationality] or who do not have internet connection but do have voice service via any telephone to communicate with family,friends,co-workers etc. Call any of these numbers and speak your tweet:

Well.the obvious must need to be stated clearly. So here's how
I understand this article:
1) Since the UK initiated this and not the US,the US is not the world leader
any longer.
2) Since five of the biggest economies are going to Istanbul to
plead with Iranian President Ahmadinejad, he must have enormous
power.
3) Since Turkey's diplomats [and probably their President also] is
negotiating to swap nuclear fuel from Iran in exchange for a
nuclear reactor what the other five nations do, is probably irelevant.
4) My observations other than the article:
Turkey's President has interviewed on the Charlie Rose Show; and
in that interview it was very clear that he is a leader in the Middle
East and widely respected by Musllim leaders; and that he is not
compromising too much with Europe to join the EU. Therefore,
since Turkey as a nation is aligning with Iran [and so does China and
Russia] then Iran may be the new world power.
5) If Iran has nuclear fuel and it does according to the opening
paragraph of the BBC article, then it was very foolish for Russia
and America to agree to disarm the respective nations
of nuclear power. Nuclear power is not defeated by anything but
more powerful nuclear power,and the results of it are devastating
totally to the nations where they are employed, bring instant death
within about a five mile radius and radiation sickness as ripple
effects fanning out from the center of the "bomb"
to large swaths of the landscape, causing later deaths and
irradiated food supplies and water.

It is no secret to anyone that I despise Obama for his politics of killing the innocent, [prohibited by Exodus 20:13] andlegalizing sodomy [that GOD calls abomination in Leviticus 18:22] and trying to force sin as the ONLY product exported by America. Having written that to state my so-called bias, the word liberals use but I call it to state the facts, I was shocked at the new low of the Obama administration to turn a funeral into a reelection speech and make it a photo-op for an unpopular President.
Maybe one of the biggest flaws in the US presently is that as a nation we are stuck with a President who is never at the White House, has no clue about anything real, and who promotes evil by making it a photo-op. If someone gunned down his daughters would he want it to be a political rally and speech for the democrats? Would he sell tee shirts to their funeral? He is a godless,shameless man.
If that mockery of 'grief' as the news reported it does not give you a clue to what is the most wrong about America [it's President] then nothing will. He is too brain-washed to ever repent of heinous crimes against humanity [his forcing embryonic killing to call it 'research"; and he is too callous and cold and calculating. He sympathizes with the murderer not the murdered and that is a greivous sin against GOD.

update on 15/Jan/2011@7:27am after reading an article in the Associated Press about the new Republican Chairman, and also seeing two articles put in the 'news' [when they are opinion only] that were no doubt put there by the taxpayer-paid for defense attorney for the man who killed six people in Tucson. This paragraph is my rebuttal of today's news with a spin.
To begin with the AP article in trying to downplay the Republican Party calls it the GOP --an abbreviation used to confuse people and disassociate the republicans as defined in the Constitution from The Republicans. And secondly in that article the writer for the AP makes a statement that is nothing but a lie. He said the Republican party is irrelevant. He does not mention that The Republicans took back control of the House of Representatives AND won 600+ races across the nation in this past election. The Republicans have more than enough power and clout to stop any Obama plan and I pray they do.
And my comments about the opinion pieces that are blatant attempts to blame the state of Arizona for what one sinful man did, are:
1) when pyscho-babble is not used to 'justify' evil, then evil will be contained. It won't be stopped until JESUS comes again and the Day of Judgement [JESUS's Judgment when HE casts unrepentant sinners into hell as told in Revelations] comes. But it would be contained if the US worried about the 'rights' of the innocents as much as they worry about the 'rights' of murderers.
2) Murderers should have no rights. If Arizona was the problem someone would have lynched that murderer by now. The murderer is the person responsible for his deeds of killing six people and he should get the death penalty and as soon as possible.
3) Insanity should not be a defense for murder nor should the condition of Arizona's mental hospitals. Evil is evil and it is defined in the Bible. If you try to pin the label of insanity on those who defy GOD's commandments then pin it on Obama who has defied GOD's commandments at every turn at every opportunity and in all situations.
4) And Associated Press [AP wire] shame on you! For publishing opinions of medical conditions as 'news' and for trying to justify sin of murder when them. There should be a standard for what constitutes news and what a psychiatrist believes about a mental hospital is not news nor should it be relevant to the US case of US v Laughon. Shame on you AP.

evil must

Rout the devil;

of tiny human ones;
lock away
bad people please,
outside the
city gates,
end the scourge,
stop the plagues,
wel-come
human life.

Have tears of joy,
and tunes of love,
and celebrate
human life.

Feel the joy
of babies' toothless grins;
see them learn
to crawl,
and walk,
and hear them
say your name.

And know a mother's love,
as your tiny one,
grasps your finger,
and recognizes
your face.

Accept the love,
a baby brings,
into your desperate life,
accept the gift that
GOD gives to you,
when sperm meets egg,
in you;

Don't turn away,
from greatest challenge,
you will ever know,
to raise a thriving
child,
there is no greater love,
than this;
no greater gift
at all,
than human
embodiment of life.

Spirit in the flesh,
the ultimate gift,
of life;
that flows with
sperm into the egg,
a man,
and woman's love;
sealed in flesh.

Connecting the past,
and future for you,
for commun-i-ty
and country too.
Your greatest gift,
you have to give,
is reproducing you.

Seeing your future,
teaching your progeny,
to love THE LORD,
and enjoy life;
Embrace life;
tear down the wall,
be the shining light.

Say NO to 'choice'
and yes to life;
and NO to misery.

Shed your tears at

Update on 7/Jan/2010 @11:04am after reading the news today.
I noticed the NY Times, CNN and Yahoo news all immediately [within 30 minutes of me posting this yesterday] ran articles about how tears of a woman turn
off a man's desire. I think it is safe to assume that article was a propaganda piece paid for by Planned Parenthood killing machinery, to try to prevent women from reading this poem. I am a woman, and I am telling you, I have known personally at least one man that NOTHING turned off his libido--not me being dressed in yard work clothes with dirt on me literally,, or with oil paint in my hair and clothes, or even vehemently protesting because of circumstances of being on a speed boat on a very public lake. The argument that women crying turn off a man is an effort by those who kill to try to persuade women not to cry for their children, or cry because they want children, or cry from frustration [maybe he's the problem and not her? physical differences in men 's bodies and women's truth or consequences reality]. My point is that I would not put too much stock in any paid propaganda piece from organizations that kill for money, when assessing a relationship I had/have with a man, if I were you. My grandmother always said 'consider the source' before deciding whether to heed the advice.

I scanned the headlines of an article that falsely said that most admired in the US were H Clinton and B Obama. That is a political Public relations campaign if ever there was one. I would say they are about the least admired in the world right now. Hillary is a terrible administrator of the State Dept spying on the entire world illegally, including bank account informations of foreign governments, and of US citizens. And Obama that champion of perverts and abortionists and the devil, is worst than useless as a president--he's a disaster, ruinous to the nation. The paid political campaign that conducted that who do you admire fake poll was probably paid by the Defense Dept budget through the money they give to the so-called 'gay and lesbian' ngo PAC of the DoD. And I label it a fake poll since I am reasonably sure that they only asked registered democrats and/ or the socialist organization known as move-on who could be counted on to parrot the Party-Politik language groupspeak. H Clinton's failure to secure/run her dept was published to the WORLD by wikileaks' Assange and thank GOD for bold men who believe in the First Amendment. And Obama will go down in history as the President that divided the nation into sex-ual categories by making/ providing 'protected status' to those GOD labels as abominable [homosexuals]; and who was racist big time in making claims that bigot Gates of Harvard was arrested by Police Officer because he was black not because he refused to obey Police order under investigation.And who indebted the nation to China, Saudi Arabia in unprecedented numbers, and who corrupted every agency; and who created more tactics only formerly known to communist regimes [pat-downs of citizens never charged with a crime, illegal wire-tapping of citizens if they traveled abroad for any reason, criminally breaking into privately owned computers, breaking into private citizens' bank accounts, forcing computer manufacturers and some cell phone providers to create a 'backdoor' entrance for surveillance without permission by about 75 so-called law-enforcement agencies in the US, and trying to regulate/control/suppress the speech of citizens and the press. And most of all for attempting to annihilate the future of America by relabeling all humans in the womb as 'research material' instead of human so they could be chopped/diced/sliced/crushed/smeared on agar plate to 'study' but the real reason is the grant money from the fed govt {NIH] for that abominable research of killing and dismembering tiny humans.
And I am convinced that publicist Ronni Chasen's death was a political assassination and so was that man in Arkansas who was in the Democratic Party office when gunned down soon after Hillary's loss of the nomination in 2008. Who was she the publicist for? Hillary or Bill, or Obama? What did she know that they did not want told? And who took over the political clients she had? And who did the PR of the latest poll that is mentioned in paragraph one this entry? The latest publicist for Hillary for President campaign-in-secret-2012? And yea. I know Hillary made nice with Obama saying she was not running but remember when she also told NY that she would not run for Pres so they would reelect her to the Senate so she could use her Senator label to raise money and the franking privilege to mail to campaign for President on the taxpayer's dime ? She is so NOT trustworthy. She is like a viper--a silent deadly poisonous killer.
Do not believe one word of that PR campaign called a poll to trick you. Obama and Hillary are both two of the most hated people in America and Nancy Pelosi is the 3rd most hated as evidenced by most recent election when republicans gained 600 + seats across the nation in races everywhere.

Ngrams of google reveals the future culture

I read an article about ngrams of google that shows information gleaned from the 500 billion database of google digitized books and so I did my own experiment. If you want eye-popping information about what culture/language is in decline and what culture is rising then do the same experiment. Go to http://ngrams.google.com/graph?content..
and type in first the word english and the years of 1600 to 2010 from the corpus English with smoothing of 3 and study the results. Then clear that and type in the word scots with same time frame and smoothing and English corpus,and study results. Then clear that and type in germans with same time frame,same corpus and smoothing and study results. then clear that and type in the word muslims with same time frame and same corpus and same smoothing. You will be astonished.

It graphs the references/books to those languages/cultures on the timeline given from 1600-2010. And I am sure you will conclude as I did,that the reason the US,the UK,and the EU are in 'wars' in Afghanistan and Middle East is trying to hold onto/preserve the western way of life that is in decline.

Any my question is and has been along how did an Army PRIVATE [an entry level position into the US Army] have access to so-called confidential information from the US Secretary of State's office? That would not normally happen as a PFC would have no need to know the internal mechanisms of top brass. So if since H Clinton is trying to lay the blame on PFC Manning who is currently in prison, is the US public to believe that the entire prison population of the world also has access to top level "confidential secrets" of the US? And my other question is, is being catty and mean about other leaders' potentials, and spying to collect DNA [surely an invasion of anyone's privacy] and credit card,bank card,loyalty program cards truly the intended purpose of the US Secretary of States's office? IF so,the nation should immediately do away with that position. Downsize it out of existence for the sake of the nation and peace on earth.

I am posting excerpts here of/about three articles in the news today about the US government's attack against wikileaks a publisher. Those attacks are also against the First Amendment liberties of a free unregulated,uncontrolled by government Press.
I think the facts speak for themselves. The Obama administration is absolutely destroying the concept of a free Press. When they attack to take down content that is not illegal but embarrassing to them and shows the lack of caliber of the Secretary of State in running her department [how could she? she is out seeing the world on the taxpayers' dime too miuch of the time]; they by deed show they have no committment to

"Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth and plead the cause..." Proverbs 31: 8a [the word 'dumb' has traditionally meant those unable to speak in any way.]

Finding the Lost for JESUS is mission for followers of JESUS

The mission of JESUS in the flesh was to introduce THE FATHER GOD in heaven, to humans.
The words of JESUS were concise and POW to the heart usually.
I am adding some of them here to help all people around the world understand who JESUS is, and what HIS mission on the earth was then,and is on until HE returns again to gather HIS believers to heaven with Him.

"And HE [JESUS] saith unto them, 'follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men."

JESUS said, 'the time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of GOD is at hand; repent ye, and believe the gospel. " Mark 1:15, KJV

"Whosoever believeth that JESUS is the Christ [anointed One] is born of GOD; and every one that loveth Him that begat, loveth Him that is begotten of Him. These scriptures are intended to help you understand who JESUS is, and what HIS purpose on the earth was and is. And that is to lead all to heaven, if possible, but HE does not force that. It is an act of free will to go to heaven or to hell.

Was BP & US Sabotaged by BIG OIL from Middle East?

I have followed some of the news about the BP oil spill in the gulf off the continental shelf of the US. And I also read that the crew of the BP rig was NOT on the rig when the "spill" occurred from a damaged pipe. How hard it is to imagine that if the well is a gusher as apparently it is, and if it endangered the Aramco and oil-dependent-for-wealth-nations of Arab oil producers that they would sabotage any effort by US to get independent of oil from Arabic nations? It is easy for me to imagine that they would do that. And it is also easy for me to imagine that it also could bave been sabotaged and blown with explosives from that crazy and violent group that wants to save the planet for the animals while at same time destroying the humans. Remember that an explosion under water would be suppressed in sound but create waves and energy and that it would probably blow right out of the water and shoot into the sky. And isn't that what happened? Was there fire and heat as from either a burning oil well ignited by an explosion OR an explosion with explosives? And where were the crew? Were they lured ashore by some trick? And why is BP being blamed for harming the US when the well is offshore --off the continent of the US or they would not have been able to drill it in the first place. It seems to me that BP has taken a huge hit from somewhere and I think it was sabotage to ruin the US [by the oil gushing into the waters, and to ruin the allies of the US= Great Britain at the same time, and to defeat the political idea that the US could get free of the oil producers of the middle east and their OPEC.
Why has no one asked these questions? Could it be that Obama is in his heart of heart Muslim and more sympathetic to them than to the US?
I am asking the question: why has there been no investigation into if the pipe was blown with explosives by enemies of the US?

YES to Arizona's new law to prevent illegal immigration.

I am absolutely in favor of the new law on the books for Arizona that makes it a state crime for people to be in the US and in Arizona illegally, and gives the state police and local law enforcement the authority to detect that and prosecute it.
All those phony civil libertarians who would destroy this nation in a heartbeat and nearly have with their loosy-goosy no rules for anybody nincompoop nonsense, are on the wrong side of the issue as usual. Those who think that civil liberties for citizens born, in the womb of American's, or naturalized in the US also apply to those who were not, effectively destroy this nation as a sovereign entity. And those who think that breaking the laws should make one acceptable to those who don't break the laws, are idiots or fools or both. Also, those phony civil libertarians who are howling at the Arizona law are the same elite bunch that hires illegals to cut their grass, and tend their children and prepare their meals at CHEAP pay with not benefits. And they are the same ones who exploit them shamelessly. And they are the same ones who completely try to deny to prolifers who are citizens, the true civil liberties of the First Amendment, while trying to make a point that those in the US are somehow 'entitled' to the same privileges as citizens.

I am glad Arizona's Legislature passed that law and that their Gov Jan signed it. And I am glad that it is having a ripple effect already. When I called one of the companies I do business with, this week and actually got an English speaking person on the other end of the line, I was thrilled. I don't live in Mexico. I don't want to live in Mexico. I never wanted to live in Mexico. And if the feds plan to make the states south and southwest and west into a haven of illegal immigrants from Mexico, I predict that there will be another Mexican war because I don't think most of America wants to live in Mexico either. Whether it is nice there or not, I do not know. I do know I have NO desire to live there or even to visit there ever since I was a student nurse decades ago [graduated 4 decades ago and got licensed as RN also decades ago, after starting that at age 18;] and the girl who was my suite-mate [four students to 2 rooms and a bath] went to Mexico and said she was stopped at the border and told she had to pay off the Mexican police so they would protect her, her being American and unwanted there. That convinced me that I had no business or desire to ever go there. I have not changed my mind after having endured Colorado-second home to thousands or tens of thousands or millions illegals from Mexico that rip you for EVERYTHING!

And those phony civil libertarians that want those who are not citizens to have the protections of the government the taxpayers support, but who do not want the citizens to have it, are communist. And as for having to carry your credentials on you, ask yourself this question. Did you ever travel abroad and did they not tell you to have your passport on you at all times? If you as a US citizen are stopped abroad and questioned and don't have your identifying documents on you, you are subject to arrest. Don't fool yourself that Arizona is out on a limb doing this. It is done everywhere in the world except the US. And believe me, foreign nations recognize American citizens in the blink of an eye. Is that racial profiling? I say it is probably common sense at play. We Americans are distinct somewhat, and so is every ethnic group. I recognized a Muslim man when I met one in a park once and though he had no ethnic clothing I knew immediately by his speech and customs and respect that he was not American. American men tend to treat women like chattel; whereas other nations' men do not. And in another scenario, when I was in London I participated in what would be called I guess a subjects' [UK people are subjects not citizens] rally because I was there and it was happening and it seemed to be a cause I could participate in and I thought why not? But the UK Bobbies pushed some of the subjects back behind a tangible line, and they stopped when they saw me, heard me. They said 'aren't you a U S citizen?" Was that racial profiling? I had my documents on me and I was not breaking any laws but the crowd was getting rowdy and the police officers made a barricade around me to protect me, cordon me off from the crowd. Was that racial profiling? Or was it common sense? Was it the police protecting their subjects in the obvious light of the situation where someone was amongst them that was not a UK subject subject to their laws. The Police made no threats to me and were totally respectful to me and I felt no threats from them whatsoever. So my point is, all nations do what the phony civil libertarians call 'racial profiling' as a matter of necessity.And let me tell you something else, so does health care. Because certain races/ethnic groups have tendencies to some diseases that the general population does not have, and those factors help good doctors decide what tests are indicated and what risks ?

Arizona, stand firm. Don't back down. Don't blink. Keep on keeping on. The US as a people applaud you and I personally pray that you set a precedent for the nation.

Sometimes events happen that change the course of history. I think the U S is in the whirlwind of those sort of events --a percolator sort of for immense change to the way our government works, the way science is perceived and the outcomes/results of scientific 'research". I put research in quotes because I studied statistics a bit--enough to know that statisticians have a plethora of tricks to manipulate the information that they collect.
The purpose of this entry is to tell of one victory in which those manipulated overcame the manipulators. Read this:

The Indian tribe in the article was told that if they gave blood to be studied for the purpose of helping them medically as a tribe to prevent diabetes that hopefully in future less of that. But in reality the 'researchers' used their blood for other reasons and mostly to gain post-graduate degrees with "research".
It is no secret that I am opposed to trick research. It is no secret that I am opposed to DNA testing being used to label and sort humans into those considered 'worthy' of life or the perqs of life for instance income, and housing, and a sense of safety and well-being in their communities. It is also no secret that I am absolutely radically opposed to the sort of research on human embryoes/fetuses that kills them , shreds them, decapitates them to study their brains, stem cells, tissues, cells, blood any or all components of their human bodies. That sort of 'research' is abomination to me and also to GOD I am sure, since GOD wrote in stone the commanmdent 'thou shalt not kill' and that is recorded in Exodus chapter 20 verse 13, and also in Deuteronomy. And JESUS reiterated those words in a different wording when HE said, 'even so it is not the will of your FATHER [GOD} which is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish." Matthew 18:14

The article in the NY Times yesterday about how an Indian tribe won the right to control how their DNA is used is big news. It was not made much of a fuss over in the news but it is a big deal.It will help end the fake research and also the medical research for the purposes of deciding what humans qualify as 'humans'.And it removes the blanket waiver of 'rights' to research via tricks and deceit.
If you do not know the Nuremberg Code of International laws concerning human research that began after Hitler and his cronies were tried and that included definitions of how human research is to be conducted [fully informed consent absolutely essential, no research that kills or maims, researcher bears burden to stop research if risk of injury or death to humans in the research, and several other principles of human research] I ask you to research those and read them and memorize them. The future of the human race might depend on a handful of committed people standing in the gap for the human race.

NY Times violated my First Amendment liberties AGAIN !

These are my comments that I added to the NY Times fake public forum this morning in my effort to 'add' my comments to a public discussion on the health care bill. I say it was a fake forum since they censored prolife basically. The NY Times has censored any comment I add to their fake forums for at least 7 years. They really hate prolife educated Registered Nurses since their agenda is to drive the killing industry of abortion like an engine. I am adding my comments as I wrote them while logged in and registered [they require registration so they could censor prolifers and Christians routinely] .Remember that prior restraint of first amendment is unconstitutional on the face of it and has a triple penalty of monetary awards to the person who was illegally censored from a labeled "public forum" or when public told to 'add your comments". These are my comments as they were word for word added to the NY Times for moderator to decide whether to post them today at time noted:
Several comments and responses:
1) The US is a republic not a democracy. A democracy would be similar to all citizens voting by internet on each bill. We as nation have elected representatives to decide public law.
2) The US Congress is not a single party. The push-pull of our system is supposed to be a checks and balances against corruption or against the tyranny of the mass hysteria, or of any particular despotic leader.
3) The US Constittution defines the real laws and any new 'right' that attaches to all citizens must be written as an amendment to the Constitution and voted on by the people in every state and if 2/3 of the states' populations vote yea, then it is ratified, otherwise it dies. There is no such right as the right to health care nor is there any such right as the right to abortion since neither of those were ever voted on by the voting poplution of this country. The U S Supreme Court has no authority to create new public laws.
4) What is best for this nation is best for any nation and the number one thing a nation has to do to survive is reproduce humans. Any public law has to be viewed in worst case scenario that if every individual in the nation believed it and adhered to it, if the end result would be death of the nation. that is a bad law. The health care bill being debated in limited controlled deceptive ways is a very BAD policy because if every woman in America believed that was legal was also moral and followed the law then the US would cease to exist in a couple of generations. There would be no future generations, no future taxpayers, no need for government because the majority of the population in US is already in their 60's.
5) Abortion is not health care but premeditated merciiless slaughter of the innocents in the womb. As such it should never be codified as a right any more than say there would be a 'right' to kill those in Congress whom the nation did not "want". The wantedness of an human cannot determine whether or not the person has the right to life. Each human is wanted by GOD who created each human being and developed in the womb to HIS specfications. 6) A nation that cannot or will not protect its tiniest most defenseless citizens cannot and will not protect any other citizen either. If the US cannot protect innocent human babies, who could it protect? What cause would be worthwhile if not human life?
7) The health care bill is bad for many other reasons:
a) it is an unconstitutional attempt to control the income of the citizens and mandate what they must buy. There is no authority for Congress to mandate any expenditures for any citizen of any product or service. If the nation allows the usurpation of the Constitution then anarchy reigns. If the nation accepts rule by mass mob of hysteria pumped up by Obama and democrats' spin machines and p.r. campaigns then as a nation we have by definition become not a nation of order and law, but a nation where whoever has the biggest fund for pumping propaganda into the nation, has the power . Remember how Hitler accomplished what Obama is doing by going town to town? Hitler did the same went from town to town but because mass media was in its infancy he used megaphones while standing on the back of trucks to spread his p.r. that the Jews were the problem with the nation. Obama's scapegoat is a primarily private system where one has the health care one could afford. That is also true of cars, or houses, or jewelry or any thing or service. Why should health care be different?
b) The U S Congress could write a bill without including abortion as a newly defined 'right' or as a 'health care' since it is not, and it could make it voluntary for people to join the government exchanges or for those disabled or too old to work as Medicare was intended to begin with and not raid those monies paid into by working citizens and expect it to pay the catastrophic events in health care that enable a person to live and not encourage death with dignity as the current phrase that is used to promote death as health care, says.
c) The enormous amount of paperwork of that bill is a GIANT clue that is a major redefinition of every aspect of health care,and the paperwork would be continued into every doctor's office, every hospital, every health care provider. Many doctors have for years complained that they had to hire another staffer with special skills in writing to do the paperwork involved for Medicare/caid and most do not like it. It extends their work load, controls their patients, decides who gets what procedure or medical service and when, and how much the doctor gets paid or if he gets paid.
d) Insurance does not heal anybody. It only pays for services. Services could be acquired and are acquired in a variety of ways already.
e) It creates a monopoly of health care at govt control of if,who, how,when.

Journalist's Myths and communist lobbyists

Ths is the same commentary I posted on another blog of mine but reposting it because it is very important to the fake debate in Congress:
I read the NY Times article this morning that was written by Paul Krugman and this is my reply. I am titling it Journalists' Myths because I want to state plainly what I perceive those to be and reply to them in an effort to defeat them.
Journalist Myth #1: that a man who smokes cigarettes and has for decades knows anything about health care. Well, that is a lie not a myth.
Journalist Myth # 2 : That a woman {Kathleen Sebelius] who never worked so much as an hour in health care hands-on delivery of it knows anything about health care. That is also a lie.
Journalist Myth # 3 is that insurance from any company including the government provides good health. I have Medicare early because I had massive injuries when married to my then-second husband-now-divorced-from-man who had been arrested twice before for violence against me. But because he gave intimate massages to some men in high places they didn't want to make him responsible for his crimes and his punishment consisted of going to a weekly class where he sat around a
table and talked about himself. So then what to do about me? They decided I qualified for disability [and I do] because of those injuries and if they shifted that expense to the fed government Coloradoans' Gov Ritter and the House of Representatives man could continue their intimate massages. I wrote all of that to make this point. When I had several fractures and was taken by ambulance to the Univ of Colorado ER they xrayed me, told me of the fractures and that I needed surgery to repair them. But political intervention from high up because I am prolife, republican and opposed to sin and sodomy, prevented me from getting state mandated insurance through Univ of Colorado funded by state taxpayers. So I absolutely know for certain that health care via insurance is a government dispensed perq to some people and not to others and it has more to do with how you vote and what or who you oppose than
your situation does. I found a private good Medical doctor and not a student or resident doctor as I would have had at univ of Colorado so GOD turned that in my favor because I prayed for 8 days before needed surgery.I am divorced from that evil man now and thank GOD for that,and I moved from that hell of Colorado last October. Colorado believes killing of innocents is a 'right' and has no qualm about killing Registered Nurses either if they oppose evil there.
I logged back in because I realized I forgot to tell you some essential info on this topic.
My then-husband said in court when the injuries were discussed that he had a million dollars of liability insurance [which is supposed to cover injuries to the person he harms] and yet though there was proof,and though people in my apartment building heard me screaming that day he injured me ,and though I had xrays and medical records,and though he never denied he injured me, his mandatory insurance never paid
me a cent and as far as I know they never paid the Medical Doctor who surgically repaired my fractures. The corrupt Colorado state allowed him to file bankruptcy to bankrupt out of a plea bargain he made to stay out of prison in exchange for paying to me a paltry sum of money. The courts knows he does not pay it and they know the state does not pay me the victim's comp mandatory fund that is funded by felons who injure people and they know his insurance did not pay me, and they know the dept of ed is withholding from my meager funds my student loans from
25 yrs ago to make sure they have impoverished me and rendered me destitute because then they think I won't have the means to protest their killing plan. But they are wrong.I plan better than the government. I eat peanut butter and saltines many meals to continue the missions work of my life. But I want you to
fully understand that insurance is a scam, a legal scam but a scam nevertheless. After I was 'awarded' Medicare after a two year wait I had to wait another year before I could get effective treatment of pneumonia because I was classified as not important to the state and a political enemy of the democrats because I am prolife so four medical doctors would not write a RX for effective antibiotic to treat the pneumonia I had that dragged on for nearly a year until my entire left lung had atelectasis on xray. That is the so-called health care that I got while
on Medicare, me being NOT a murderous democrat and all. And being the victim of domestic violence because the state of Colorado refused to lock up a man on cocaine who is violent when he needs his next 'fix' of it.
Journalist Myth 4: that socialism called health care reform is good for nation. A lie is all that is. Socialiam is bad and it has failed in every nation that tried it.
Journalist Myth 5: that health care is 'broken'. It is expensive but so are cars, and houses, and food and anything you buy in the US unless imported from China. If the US allows its citizens to get health care abroad where the US government is not inflating the bills, prices
would be reasonable. It is telling that a man or woman who would spend nearly a million on an average house in NYC or LA considers spending nearly a million to be healthy, as too expensive.
Journalists' Myth # 6: that a 2000+ page redefinition of who how and where a person gets health care and what qualifies as 'health care' won't harm the nation or the people. It will.
It redefines killing as a 'medical procedure' but so did Hitler's team of medical doctors who triaged to death some of the Jews considered not worthy of life. It's a lie too.
Journalists Myth # 7 that journalists paid handsomely to write op-ed pieces for expensive
newspapers that provide everything [a microcosm of socialism as are most corporate jobs]
knows anything at all about hardship or endurance except and unless they report from a war
zone.
This is my reply to the op-ed piece by Krugman today and my intention is to defeat the
Obama killing plan at every step of the way.

I read an article this afternoon about the push-pull propaganda that Congress will overturn
the will of the people and force every grown adult over age 18 to buy mandatory insurance
to enrich insurance companies.And when you crunch the numbers of their 'estimated' cost of
$950 BILLION to enroll an additional 30 MILLION into some government mandatory plan, you get
the cost to taxpayers for each newly "insured" person [not necessarily a citizen of this
country either] of $ 31666666.66. Do you think that will be a HUGE pot of gold for insurance
companies or what?
The people in Congress especially that heathen Pelosi and that more heathen President should
be tarred and feathered and sent into exile!

I logged back in again at 10:00 am because I forgot this : since I have moved to Missouri,
my cell phone has been illegally wiretapped, my payment to my telephone company was
redirected to Louisiana instead of Missouri, and though it cleared the bank 15 days early
and I have proof of that from bank the stamp on bank as to who deposited the money was
stamped over twice to make it difficult to read who actually deposited the payment i sent to my telephone company that is not in Louisiana,into their bank in Louisiana, and the January payment supposedly to the US Dept of Education
for student loan was stolen, since I received no notice from it being applied to my student loan for that month but it was deducted from money; and before I moved to Colorado for the months of Dec 2007 until Jan 2009 someone stole my US mail in order to steal state benefits
intended for me. The stolen payments amounted to more than 9,000 over 13 months' time; and the Housing authority of Denver was the agency that informed me of that. I tell you I am impoverished because
of mandatory taxes paid into a system for 25 years to pay for social security and then was told social security disability automatically reduces the payments to injured person by $400 then they withheld Medicare premium to pay for that insurance I paid for for 25 yrs
with taxes as their punishment I suppose for having the audacity to survive injuries intended to kill me; and that premium is $96 every month on top of the tens of thousands I already paid for it, and then they withhold student loan money, so in all the federal governement takes back from me $400 every month plus $150 for student loan every month, plus $98 every month for Medicare premium for insurance that could not find a medical doctor that cared enough whether me a woman who was in her fifties when those injuries happened to me, lived or died.
But GOD found me a good doctor because I prayed without ceasing for eight days before I could
have the necessary surgery. But if I had been a murderous democrat I would have had surgery same day at taxpayer expense at the Univ of Colorado . With nurses around the clock to help me.
Instead I had it at ambulatory surgery with surgeon who knew he was not going to get paid, and went home to empty aprt with not food or help, or telephone, and then-husband filled my pain prescription for himself but when I gave it back to my doctor because harmful to me, and I did not want it there since then husband is a drug addict, he filled it a second time and left with it. And I suffered so much I nearly went out of my mind. So the federal government, because I need the "benefits' I paid mandatory taxes into an 'insurance' to get for more than 25 years as a Registered Nurse, immediately reduced my payments by $650 every month.
That is the plan you journalists are wanting. I want to make sure you understand how it works.
Updated this Sunday morning 14th-March to add this info about a news article today:
in an article in the Yahoo news online from the Associated Press is an article that the US
government owes the Social Security fund 2.5 TRILLION dollars because they raided the money
citizens paid into Soc Security for years, to pay for giveaway programs, and Obama's trips
to other countries and vacations, and 'delorean' health care plans for Congress etc. I put
delorean because that is the most expensive car i could think of, but Congress puts 'cadillac'
in their expensive description. A cadillac health plan is what school teachers get not what
the public gets. The general public gets more like Ford truck health care and the disabled
get more like a yugo health care plan. Read the article because it also says the US congress
and spend-crazy democrats have caused debts for government programs equal to $42000 for every
man, woman and child in America. The US is 12.5 TRILLION dollars in debt to countries like
China, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and that is precisely why the President of the US has
to go calling on them because they are the powers of the world. The US President and his
so-called secretary of state are like used car saleman and sales-woman, peddling America's
debts to foreign countries. It is shameful and it is unconstitutional to beggar the US as a
nation. The new but old plan of the devil to destroy the world is the root cause of these
problems. Obama and his ilk are trying to lay a plan to depopulate the world, and because of
that it is my sincerest prayer that GOD HIMSELF defeats them totally, absolutely, every time.

at all about moveon.org you know it is a very left organization backed by George Soros to
accomplish his agenda for America. Well why does he or his communist organization get
to lobby at the US Capitol?

Protecting the Innocent is the only duty of gov't.

I read an article in the Columbia {Missouri} Tribune this am and I am glad it was written. Thank you for covering/writing the prolife point of view in that travesty of justice for the innocents that was shamefully called a trial by Kansas. I say shamefully since the Judge apparently suppressed all the evidence of abortion that Scott Roeder was against and also apparently denied him his Constitutional right to a defense by labeling his religious beliefs as 'unreasonable'. If a police officer had gunned down an assassin for instance the school boys who killed at Columbine, the Judge would [hopefully] have allowed the evidence of the mass murders to be preented as the justification for stopping the murders of innocents. But the Judge disallowed the evidence of abortion saying as he was told by Planned Parenthood no doubt that the issue was not about abortion. The ---- it isn't! It is exactly, precisely about abortion and the fact that people in this nation are mad that the premeditated murders of innocents in the womb is legal since it is worst than the gassing of the Jews in the Nazi era. The innocents in the womb, cannot fight back or run, or even speak to defend themselves, or escape the assassin in any way--they are in utero.
This is my reaction to the statement by so-called defense attorneys for Scott Roeder: being prolife,
and believing that humans are made in the very image of GOD, with the intellect and emotions and physical appearance
like unto GOD [see Genesis 1:27 for exact words or read it in footnote*] and also believing the commandments of GOD
and the scripture verse in Genesis 9:6 **[footnote] are not unreasonable beliefs. And for you to apply that word 'unreasonable'
to the people who believe in GOD and the words of GOD is religious discrimination on the face of it. What is unreasonable is the lack of the US Justice Dept seeking any justice for the innocent. What is unreasonable is the refusal by the
US Justice Dept to file RICO charges against 1) Center for Reproductive Rights as they call it, but GOD would call it evil, and 2) Nancy Northup individually, and 3) Vicki Saporta individually,and 4) National Abortion Federation as they call it, but GOD would call it abomination, and 5) Kathy Spillar individually,

Congress, vote NO to codifying abortion as right

GOD works in mysterious ways, and this is proof. I am glad that GOD is raising up men to challenge to the Constitutionality of that health care financing bill steamrolling through Congress like Tianenman Square bulldozers. I am referring to the letter sent to Congress by the Attorny Generals of 13 States.
Please read the actual letter that is included in the article, as was sent by SC Attorney General Henry McMaster to the Congress, and the letter is signed by the AG of Washington state= Rob McKenna, and the AG of Michigan= Mike Cox, and the AG of Texas= Greg Abbott, and the AG of Colorado= John Suthers, and the AG of Alabama= Troy King, and the AG of North Dakota= Wayne Stenehjem, and the AG of Virginia= Bill Mims, and the AG of Pennsylvania= Tom Corbett, and the AG of Utah= Mark Shurtleff, and the AG of Florida= Bill McCollum, and the AG of Idaho=Lawrence Wasden, and the AG of South Dakota= Marty Jackley. These attorney generals charged with the duties of protecting the U S Constitution and their respective state's relationship to the federal government are pressing the issue that the deal made with Sen Ben Nelson to buy his vote in exchange for the federal government paying the Medicaid fees that would be created for new enrollees forever, is unconstitutional on the face of it; and that it is unfair to expect the other 49 states to have to meet mandated by Congress exorbitant expenses while not expecting the state of Nebraska to do that.
The entire health plan refinancing scheme has many flaws, and the way I see those are as follows:
1) it is attempt to label the premeditated killing of innocents in the womb as so-called 'health care' when it is a not, and is indeed a murderous act of evil.
2) It attempts to force taxpayers to pay for the premeditated killing of innocents in the womb, even taxpayers who are consistently conscientous objectors for decades to such evil.
3) It attempts to take from Medicare programs for the elderly who cannot be hired, or the disabled who cannot be hired, the money from the taxes they paid into the system, to redirect it to abortionists and the healthy in schemes to "prevent'" disease instead of treating actual disease.
4) It is an attempt to create a Constitional amendment in a runaround by not calling it a Constitutional Amendment in their effort to bypass the will of the citizens of this nation who would NOT vote for any new right named 'abortion " and who would NOT vote for taxpayers to foot the bill for killing of innocents in the womb on demand. Constitutional amendments have to be ratified by 2/3 of the states and that would not happen and Congress knows it, and they are attempting to sneakily rewrite the Constitution to codify the evil of abortion as law.
They have not authority to rewrite, amend the Constitution, without the people voting on it.
5) It is an attempt to create new health care crimes and an attempt to create crimes of poverty that are punishable with fines, and what if the fines cannot be paid by the poor,do they go to jail for being too poor to buy insurance, a service that really cannot guarantee anyone's health?
6) It is an attempt to make MDs and RNs health care police, expecting them to report those who show up for health care services without insurance cards. It is shameful, dishonest, and unconstitutional usurpation of the lawful authority as delegated to the Congress by the Constitution. The Congress does not have authority to legislate what citizens must buy or how they spend their money, except as it pertains to the national security of the homeland [defense spending, military, roads, etc]. Those who do not have insurance have many options including free clinics for the indigent { I volunteered as a RN in those for years and so did a lot of very good doctors;] and health care screening offered through churches and Red Cross, and the public health dept already funded for communicable diseases. There are resources available; and I know that for certain, and those people collectively are not the foundation of the nation and the national 'common welfare' is not dependent upon them. It is ruinous to rewrite the Constitution in communist tactics and bypass the citizens' voting on amendments to the Constitution for any group! The very foundation of America is the Constitution and for the Congress to attempt to radically rewrite it without subjecting it to the ratification by the people is unconstitutional .

You absolutely know without a shadow of doubt that I am prolife and that prolifers expected Ben Nelson of Nebraska to stand firm for the unborn/preborn and make no deals with the devil Congress. Instead he seemed to be using that issue to secure for his state a deal in which, in exchange for his vote in favor of redefining health care to include killing of innocent babies, his state gets 100 Million in Medicaid money from the feds. Sort of sounds illegal to me, doesn't it to you?

Missouri Senator Jane Cunningham:good for you!

I read in the Columbia Tribune news today but it had a date of article of the 10th, that State Senator Jane Cunningham of Missouri has prefiled an Amendment to allow Missourians to opt out of any plan the government puts forth for 'health care reform". I quote from that article:
"It’s really simple,” Cunningham said. “The health care freedom act is a constitutional amendment that will shield Missourians from the unconstitutional federal health care mandates and protects the right of individuals to make their own medical and insurance choices, including the right of patients to pay directly for medical service.”

I applaud her and the sixteen others who have co-signed that amendment to allow citizens of Missouri to opt out of mandated insurance without penalty.

People in this country who are citizens have to 'fight' against those who would usurp their right to control their own destiny, and to decide what to buy and when and how. The idea that the U S Government or any government should be a surrogate parent to anyone is the basic premise of the -ism governments that has the core belief that adults are not smart enough or competent enough to make wise decisions for themselves. I know as a Registered Nurse that there are some situations that some citizens/humans need intervention and I myself have had some of those situations when I crashed down a flight of stairs in a set of circumstances forced on me by someone who was breaking the law; and suffered injuries and could not help myself much at the time. I have made much progress but my health is not as it was before those events, by any means. So I understand there are times when intervention is necessary. I understand that both as a Registered Nurse and as a patient then. However, any system that is so structured as to forever take away the right of the nation collectively to decide the public laws, and to decide what is best for them and their family budget, is not an improvement.

The so-called reform as it is discussed is more than 2000 pages long.That tells you it is about defining every aspect of health care--who gets any services at what age, for what reason, for how long, how much money to be spent, what diseases covered, which providers are 'preferred' by government, what procedures are labeled ss health care, on and on for 2000 pages! It is not good. The entire nation was created with a document of less than 10 pages!

Also, and this is one of my most important sticking points: that plan as approved by the Senate but has to be voted on by both houses, labels abortion as a paid for procedure. As a Registered Nurse, I am absolutely, adamantly forever opposed to labeling /defining a premeditated act of murder of an innocent human being, as being 'health care." I oppose any public law that has that intent. I am opposed to it because of the commandment of GOD as written, 'thou shalt not kill." [Exodus 20:13]. It is medical fact that human beings produce human beings when they reproduce. When a human man and a human woman come together in the sex act and the woman conceives,she conceives a HUMAN. To purposely destroy an innocent human being violates the commandment of GOD and it is forbidden by GOD, and there are many warnings about the consequences to the nation that ignores or disobeys willfully the commandments of GOD.

I oppose the plan in Congress to redefine health care for many reasons, and they are;
1) it is an evil plan to depopulate the nation and force taxpayers to pay for the premeditated killing of innocents in the womb, which violates the conscience of good people.
2) It is a plan that has as its source of funding the money that is now allocated to the elderly, infirm, sick, handicapped, injured and would take money from those groups to give the money to abortionists. It is evil.
3) It totally rewrites the U S Consitution in some ways creating a crime of being poor for the first time in the history of the nation. What happens when a family that is barely making ends meet now, is told they have to pay an insurance company for illusionary promises a monthly premium of several hundred dollars? And then are they hauled into Court, fined a huge fine of nearly $2000 dollars for NOT BUYING a promise from a company, and then what? Do they go to jail for being poor? Who goes to jail, in that case--the father, the mother, the children, the one who got sick and had to go to a doctor only to be discovered that were insurance-negative, and then reported to the cops or the feds? Or what happens then? It is a bad public policy in every way.
Missouri Senator Jane Cunningham and the other 16 who are in agreement with her, have the right idea. If Congress wants to tell private insurance companies how to do business and if the insurers allow that, then they are stupid. But to go further with that travesty and try to force citizens to buy any product or service is not Constitutional. There is no Constitutional basis whatsoever for Congress to mandate any product or service that any citizen must buy, and there is no Constitutional authority for Congress to lay a plan to depopulate the nation.

Congrees, just vote NO to the plan to reform insurance and to force citizens to buy anything. Stand on the written authority of the U S Constitution, and the first amendment including the right to associate with whom we please and not associate with whom we do not please, and the right to be secure in our persons and effects, without government snooping into our lives in every way.

I personally do not believe the internet will endure over time because crimes are so rampant and so unpunished and most people cannot afford to just waste money every month [waste as in paying for services that criminals steal!] . Money & Banking in the U S at present & past

Money and Banking, as I see it, by Gloria Poole

This is my effort to discuss the problems that have occurred in the banking industry based upon what I have observed from having bank accounts for decades, and from

researching based upon information I learned in the course "Money and Banking' at the University of Georgia. The problems I see are:

1) Some, most banks in the U S use usury to fund their deposits charging from $ 29-34 for an overdraft that is a nano-second of time transaction by computer, and thus

causing more overdrafts for most families.

2) Not having sufficient reserves to cover their outstanding debts or loans they make.

3) Making bad loans to people who had no way to repay them, no assets and no down-payment [investment into the loan].

4) Separating from banks the credit cards and debit cards to third parties so that banks have no responsibility for them and in no cases, knowledge of how much is owed on them.

5) Obama created a run on banks when for his own campaign advantage manipulated the banks to create the fears that he then took advantage of, in his effort to federalize the banking system.

He has a galloping socialism plan for all industries and he must be defeated.

6) The gold in Fort Knox was sold when the U S went off the gold exchange and the paper money is depreciated because there is no faith in the United States government

presently,so the paper money is not backed up by anything. History has proved time and again that renders it meaningless when government could print more to cover

debts with worthless paper.

7) The US is printing new money to circulate and depreciating the dollar.

8) The U S government is paying its debts with borrowed money and has no reserves.

9) The efforts by a few to take-over the nation and take the power of the many people and put it into the hands of a few is the main problem.

Also, I researched with the information: History of Banking in America written by James William Gilbank and provided as a download by McMaster University in Connecticut. I am summarizing the points here that seem very significant to me from the 110 pages [on the web but more than 200 pages in paper copy] . I am going to present a brief summary of the history of banking using this source quoted. You will see that the fights over money have occurred since the beginning of this nation, and indeed occur

everywhere when greedy men try to take over the wealth of the nation.

In the colonies to begin with commodities like tobacco and corn were the methods of exchange. And there was no paper or metal currency. Some states did not issue

a currency until the American Revolution. At commencement of the American Revolution [declaration of independence from King of England] the Continental Congress

issued 'continental money' on May 10, 1775; and set the value of the paper money equal to that sum in silver and /or gold. Over time of the war, the paper money

depreciated in value because the people lost confidence in the government's ability to redeem it with gold or silver.The Continental Congress authorized and issued

$30 Million and at the end of the war, that $30 million had depreciated to about $9 million in value,with the situation of needing six paper dollars to equal one silver dollar.

According to the 'report of the Treasury " in 1790 the issue of continental money for the years of 1776-1781 were $357,476,541 that was worth only $2,070,485 in silver.

In 1781,the U S Congress chartered the "Bank of North America' in Philadelphia, and it commenced on Jan 7, 1782. It was considered evil and the charter was repealed

on Sept 1785 in Pennsylvania. In 1787, it was reincorporated in Pennsylvania only.

After the American Revolution, the Congress decided that no state should coin money, emit bills of credit ,make anything BUT gold and silver as legal tender in payment

of debts, or pass any law impairing the obligation of contracts, and the power to coin money and regulate the value of it, was given exclusively to the Congress. That is

included in the U S Constitution still. The U S Constitution was adopted in 1789 and ratified by the people and the government was organized. They then chartered the "Bank of the United States' in 1791. Immediately the Constitutionality of it was challenged when it was

presented to then President George Washington for his signature. Justice Story wrote that 'the power to incorporate a bank is not among those enumerated in

the constitution".

On 14 Dec 1790, the Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton reported to Congress the plan of the National Bank.James Madison opposed it on the grounds that

it is unconstitutional and that the Constitution did not delegate any such authority to the Congress. It was supported by the "Federal Party'. The bill passed in Feb 1791 and was presented to President Washington for his signature. He consulted with his advisors as to whether he should sign it or veto it. Thomas Jefferson was Secretary of

State and opposed to it. Edmund Randolph was Attorney-General of the U.S and also opposed to it. Alexander Hamilton Secretary of the Treasury was in favor of

ir. Gen Knox, Secretary of War, was also in favor of it. The idea of a federal bank began with Alexander Hamilton who is called the 'founder of American finance".

On the 4th-March-1811 the Charter for the Bank of the United States expired and the Congress would not renew it. It's capital was $10 million, and the shares were

divided and the U S government bought 5,000 shares valued at $2 million. It was declared to be mainly of "financial and political character; and was challenged as

to the Constitutionality of it again, and at that time it was decided it was necessary to 'execute the powers that were enumerated '.When Thomas Jefferson was

President, he again opposed it and the charter was not renewed.

In June 1812, war was declared against England and all banks in the South and the West suspended specie payments. "The very large and unforeseen advances

[of specie/money] to government were the immediate cause of the suspension of payments' per statement of Mr Albert Gallatin. And this caused a "great and

continued run on banks', and 'a considerable degree of occasioned alarm and distrust'. And he said 'the circulating capital is concentrated in large cities" and

the U S 'floating debt' of treasury notes [T-bills as they are called now] amounted to "$ 11 million 200 hundred and fifty thousand". And also, 'banks made

advances [ to the federal government] beyond their resources either by their own subscriptions [buying debt] or by enlarging their discounts in favour of the

subscribers [modifying the terms due]. Dissolution of the "Bank of the United States' caused state banks to 'take up the papers formerly discounted by

that of the United States", and created new state banks. The 'expectation of great profits gave birth to a much greater number than was wanted." From

Jan 1811 to Jan 1815, 120 new banks were chartered.

In Feb 1815, peace with England was declared, and the general thought was that the National Bank would resume. There was 'such a scarcity of money

that the taxes could not be collected." The U S government began issuing Treasury notes [debts ] resembling 'exchequer bills in England' that paid

6% interest to those who would buy them. The transmission of money from state to state was a logistical problem often requiring hand delivery of check

or sending by courier. The US Government was 'obliged to employ as agents for receiving the taxes, a vast number of banks." And banks refused to honor

the notes of other banks. The U S Treasury had accounts at 94 banks. The money banks had was :1) Tax money, 2) notes of other banks, 3) Treasury notes

bearing interest, 4) small treasury notes not bearing interest, and 'as to coin, that was out of the question'.

The charter of the second "Bank of the United States" was in 1816 in that session of Congress, with a capital of $ 35 million divided as 350,000 shares at

$100 each, and the U S bought 70,000 shares and the payment was made as 1/4 in gold/silver and the rest in coin. It was declared lawful for the U .S to

redeem debt and for banks to sell silver and gold' but they could not sell more than $2 million in any one year. The management of the federal bank of the

United States was delegated to 25 directors, five of whom were appointed by the President, and there could not be more than 3 from any given state, and

the other 20 were from "qualified stockholders' but only those stockholders who were U S Citizens could vote. The debts contracted could not exceed $35 million

nor could they make any loan to the U S government greater than $500,000. It began business in Jan 1817 in Philadelphia. Immediately the state banks

began to fail as money shifted to the federal bank. This second "Bank of the United States' made 'very liberal advances to the Western states' and were

compelled to 'resort to measures for compelling repayment of debts in gold' . The second 'Bank of the United States' established branches in every State.

In Sept 1830 the liabiliites of the Bank of the United States were ' $15,347,657.

The main advantage to a federal bank was considered to be the 'uniformity of duties and taxes of every description, internal and external, direct or

indirect," and a "essential and fundamental principle of the Constitution. ' There were 2 methods of doing this suggested : metal currency of gold and silver,

and paper money of uniform value across the nation. And also the goal was stated that it 'gives a complete guarantee that under any circumstances,

its notes will preserve the same uniformity of which they now possess. " [Remember that changed with the 'reform' that created the FDIC that

guaranteed only about a 1/10 of what any depositor paid in .] And they bragged that the federal bank 'lawfully checked any excessive issues

[of currency] on the part of state banks. " At that time they concluded that money for war had to be set aside in reserve and not expected to come

from taxation, and it had to be set aside before a war was declared,and not to be funded with debts. "The greatest inducements in order to obtain

loans on moderate terms consists in the probability that if the distribution proceeds slower than had been anticipated the subscribers [investors who

bought debts] will not be compelled to sell the stock, and by glutting the market, to sell it at a loss."

In 1832, Congress passed a law to renew the charter of the second "Bank of the United States' but President Andrew Jackson vetoed it and gave his reasons

to Congress based upon the grounds that the bank itself is unconstitutional. I am quoting the highlights of his words to Congress that accompanied his veto:

he had considered it 'in regard to the principles of the constitution' and 'came to the conclusion that it ought not become a law', because 'some of the

powers and privileges possessed by the existing bank [Bank of the United States, federal] are unauthorized by the constitution, subversive to the rights

of the states, and dangerous to the liberties of the people... I can percieve none of the modifications [by Congress when they tried to renew ] of the

bank charter which are necessary, in my opinion, to make it compatible with justice, with sound policy, or with the constitution of our country." President

Jackson reminded them that the Bank of the United States had a 20 year history by that time from which to judge it, and he said, the management by the

federal government was a "monopoly' on money, ' exclusive privilege' , 'monopoly on foreign and domestic exchange' and that the 'powers privileges and

favors bestowed upon it in the original charter by increasing values of stock far above its par value operated as a gratuity of many millions to the stock-

holders." President Jackson also said, 'the modification of the existing charter proposed by this act are not such in my view as make it consistent

with the rights of the States or the liberties of the people", and 'by documents submitted to Congress, that of 1st Jan 1837 of the 20 millions of private

stock [in the Bank of the United States] $8,045,000 was held by foreigners mostly Great Britain." And he stated that the western states still were using

most of the debt and creating most of the debts. He warned that the 'entire control of the constitution would necessarily fall into the hands of a few

citizen stockholders and the ease with which the object would be accomplished would be a tempation to designing men to secure that control in

their own hands by monopolizing the remaining stock". Also he said, 'there is a danger that the a President and directors [of a federal bank] would

be able to elect themselves from year to year, and without responsibility or control manage the whole concerns of the bank. It is easy to conceive

great evils to our country and its constitution might flow from such a concentration of power in the hands of a few men, irresponsible [not elected] to the

people." And he continued, 'the government of the United States have no constitutional power to purchase lands" [or houses or stocks for that matter]

except for forts, arsenals, dockyards, and ports. Congress did not override his veto. The U S Senate wanted too, but the U S House opposed it

President Jackson ordered the removal of the deposits of the Bank of the United States with the money to be placed into state banks. The Secretary

of the Treasurer at that time was Duane,and he refused to do that. So he was removed from office, and someone who would do that was appointed by

President Jackson. The Bank of the United States was liquidated and the money was placed in state banks. President Jackson also wanted to

set the U S on a gold standard with gold backing up the paper money. The U S Mint coined gold and silver coins with some gold from Mexico, some

from 'West Indies" some from Africa,and most from the U S.

In June 1834, the U S House opposed the renewal of the charter officially and defined the gold standard and silver standard. They set the value of a

$10 "gold eagle' coin to contain 232 grains of 'fine gold' and '258 grains of 'standard gold' , and they defined all denominations of gold, and declared

that the gold coins 'shall be receivable in all payments at the rate of 94 and 8/10ths of 100% and they set the

standard of silver at 100/100. Mr Albert Gallatin complained that the 'erroneous value' set for gold would cause a 'disappearance of gold ' to Europe since

at the existing exchange rate at that time, Europeans and Brits could buy a $10 gold eagle coin in the U S at 4,61GBP and resell it for much more

in their countries where the gold standards were that gold relative to silver was gold 15,2 greater than 1 silver;

and the French defined it as 15,5 times greater than 1 silver of equal weight.

Mr Gallatin said the result would be a total disappearance of U S gold over time. The exportation of America's gold to Europe was not a good thing and

Mr Gallatin warned about this. He advised setting the gold's value to the true value and said again that the value set by the US House of Representatives

at that time, was made 'by mistake' . President Jackson in his address to Congress on Dec 1, 1834 that the "Bank of the United States' had become

the 'scourge of the people' by postponing repayment of national debts' to hold onto the money ,'for the purpose of appropriating public money in a

political contest' in a "corrupt and partisan loans' method, and that 'the unlimited power" of the President to " expend funds in hiring writers and

procuring the execution of printing, the retention of pension money' and the 'system of unparalled excitement [of the people] and the 'interruption of

domestic exchanges" was harmful. And 'a confession that all real distresses which individuals and the country had endured preceding... had been

needlessly produced by it, [The federal bank]. The amount of money transferred from the Bank of the United States to the state banks was "$16 million.

The issue of a federal bank was not resolved but they could not override President Jackson's veto. In the next election Martin van Buren won, but he

also did not approve of a federal bank, according to his statements in the U S Senate in 1828. He thought the Congress did not have authority to create

a federal bank. However, in June 1836 The Bank of the United States was chartered again and all banks received their charters from it. The charters

were drawn from the 'same general rules" and "in these respects it stands opposed to the laws of this country' [because it does not allow competition].

The national bank was undone again. And the U S went off the gold standard again so that paper money is not backed up by anything in the U.S.

Also in analyzing the differences in banks in Europe and England, in America the directors of a bank and its shareholders have no liability for their decisions

beyond their own respective shares. But in England and other countries, the shareholders and directors of a bank have 'unlimited liability' for the risks

they subject their customers [depositors] too, and they are liable to the 'full extent of his property for all the debts of the bank." That produces a much

more secure position in the minds of the public if the Directors of a bank stand to lose their own money by their decisions. When that is the legal environment

the Directors and shareholders are very cautious with risk and risk-adverse. In the U S the directors and shareholders as we saw this past year with

the bail outs of bansk are not at risk for their 'gambling' with the money of others and there is a disincentive to be prudent. If you are 'gambling' with the

money that is not yours and you suffer no losses regardless of what you do or decide,there is no incentive not to gamble because you would only stand

to gain or not be any worse off in the worst case. That is what is wrong with banking in the U S. Also in some European countries and England they

tax the debts whereas the U S taxes the income. The English tax the notes outstanding, the liabilities,bonds, debts and that creates an incentive not to

have too many of those on the books.

The Times of NY on April 2, 1837 wrote that 'public confidence was greatly shaken' and 'the injudicious interference of the government in attempting

to regulate the currency has produced such a sense of speculation and such a transfer of specie to the interior as to embarrass all the regular business

of the country", and that 'paper money being abundant in the hands of a favoured few, these gentlemen turned their attention to the national domain",...

and 'every description of property, foreign and domestic, personal or landed was greatly enhanced in price". President Jackson demanded payment

of US debts with gold or silver because of the climate then That stabilized the nation and the currency. {In direct contrast, when Obama was so-called'

rescuing banks he was doing it with money borrowed from foreign governments--illegal in the constitution.]

The federal bank gave to itself the power to make money plentiful or scarce by expanding or contracting it to manipulate the value of it. I quote"

the distress and alarm which pervaded and agitated the whole country when the Bank of the United States waged war upon the people in order to

compel them to submit to its demands, cannot be forgotten." Also, 'the ruthless and unsparing temper with which whole cities and communities were

impoverished and ruined,...ought to be indelibly impressed on the memory of the people of the United States." If the U S people had not conquered it

the government would have passed from the hands of the many to the few.' And "eternal vigilance by the people is the price of liberty', and 'with such a [federal]

bank and paper money,the money power would in a few years govern the State and control it..." You could and should read President Jackson's entire

words to the Congress and to the people later on pages 194, and pages 195 of that History of Banking in America" .

If you think about it, you will see that President Andrew Jackson was right and prophetic. The U S has the equivalent of a federal bank in the Federal Reserve

and the problems are as stated by the previous President when he vetoed a federal bank. The outcomes since Obama was campaigning and to this point in

time are the evils warned against. There is no accountability for how TARP funds were used or who got them. There is distribution of monies by a a handful of men

in an effort to buy political power and votes. There is withholding and 'reforming' pension money that was promised. There is a scarcity of money for the

people because it is now concentrated in the hands of the Federal Reserve Bank [a federal bank without authority in the U S Constitution.].

catching up to me,

outside the city gates,
end the scourge,
stop the plagues,
wel-come human life.
Have tears of joy,
and tunes of love,
and celebrate human life.
Feel the joy of babies' toothless grins;
see them learn
to crawl, and walk,;
and hear them say your name.
And know a mother's love,
as your tiny one,
grasps your finger,
and recognizes your face.
Accept the love,
a baby brings,
into your desperate life,
accept the gift that GOD gives to you,
when sperm meets egg, in you;
Don't turn away,
from greatest challenge,
you will ever know,
to raise a thriving living* child,
there is no greater love,than this;
no greater giftat all,
than human embodiment of life.
Spirit in the flesh,
the ultimate gift, of life;
that flows with sperm into the egg,
a man,and woman's love;
sealed in flesh.
Connecting the past,

for commun-i-ty
and country too.
