Straight and narrow path sketch by Gloria Poole of Missouri

I drew and painted in watercolors this sketch, then re-painted it in acrylics, all today for the purpose of illustrating a Bible verse. It is written,that JESUS said "enter ye in at the strait gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction; and many there be which go in therein; because strait is the gate and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life; and few there be that find it. " Matthew 7:13, 14, King James Holy Bible. In the U S [my native country where I live] there is the political concept that "tolerance" of sin is the way to blessings. But it is not. Read Deuteronomy chapter 28 for how to get blessings [and curses]. I painted this sketch trying to show the strait and narrow path to heaven. The handrails on the rough hewn wood are similar to The Bible, to guide you. If you follow the path and hold onto the handrails, you will get to heaven when you die from the earthly realm according to New Testament especially the book of Revelation.

If you avoid the path to heaven, when you die you are sent to hell, also according to scriptures in Revelations.

When you lose your way, pray and ask GOD to make straight your path. The scriptures that say HE will do that, are from Psalms 5:8: "Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make Thy way straight before my face." GOD will not lead you to hell, if you obey HIM; but HE won't stop you from going to hell if you disobey HIM.

Another verse that seekers of heaven should learn is from Ezekiel 45:1, 2, KJV, as written, "Thus saith THE LORD to His anointed...whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates and the gates shall not be shut. I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight.." And another verse you should know is from Matthew 3:1-3, as written; "In those days came John, the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Ju-dae-a, and saying 'repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet E-sa-ias, saying 'the voice of one crying in the wilderness: prepare ye the way of THE LORD, make His paths straight'. "

The mission of words that WORK has always been to glorify GOD. The mission has not changed. It means words that WORK for the glory of GOD. My purpose today with this blog post is to present a visual of the way JESUS said to get to heaven. i.e. on the straight and narrow path set by GOD in the commandments, laws, statutes of GOD as written. JESUS said : " I AM the way, the truth and the life; no man cometh unto THE FATHER [GOD] but by Me. " John 14:6, KJV.

If you serve , obey, pay homage only to the world, you will gain hell as your final place to spend eternity. IF you obey GOD and follow HIS instructions, HE will lead you to heaven. Read The Bible from cover to cover the way you would read any book, and it makes perfect sense to you.

This sketch is lop-sided on my easel but I tried four times to correct it. I think the fact that it is in 1 of my sketch books that is well-worn makes it sit lop-sided ; but I stand lop-sided also. Also it is acrylics on paper in a 9x 12 inch size. And I tried to show the path to heaven as surrounded by beauty and peaceful environment. I omitted from sketch the trials and temptations JESUS warns about.

Words that WORK is a Christian-owned endeavour. It always was. I put my photo of a cross I have on my wall here in Missouri, on this blog to make all instantly aware of the Christian so-called "bias"[beliefs] of me Gloria Poole of Missouri who is the owner of this blog, and all content including all art on it.

Also, the purpose of this has always been to bring glory and honor to GOD's name and to teach the difference between the holy and the profane according to scripture [Ezekiel 22:26, KJV] and of course, that includes teaching the difference between the so-called legal"right" of abortion-murder and the wrong/ sin that GOD said it is when HE wrote in stone, "thou shalt not kill"; Exodus 20:13.

Also, remember that as a U S citizen, I, Gloria Poole, RN and artist, blogger, photographer, citizen journo, have all First Amendment liberties. Let me remind you of the words of that Amendment by quoting the First Amendment to the U S Constitution:

U.S. Constitution › FIRST AMENDMENT; [also written as] AMENDMENT I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

Therefore, I have all liberty to protest the federal government's promotion of abortion as a right, since it's a wrong; and to protest the government instituting the religion of heathenism , hedonism, atheism as the only official religions of the U S; and to protest the mass murders of tiny humans in the womb; and to protest the government sponsorship of the abomination of sodomy and immoral relationships of all sorts . I am actively promoting the #personhood amendment as part of my regular #prolife activism. This blog and others are my contributions to the #prolife cause; and I create them , and continue blogging on them and occasionally add art I create or photos I photographed to them.

The cause of the #personhood movement [#personhoodFL; #personhoodUSA; #personhoodMS; #personhood1] is to get a Constitutional Amendment passed by Congress and ratified by the people of the U S themselves declaring tiny humans in the womb to be legal persons with all civil liberties of the 14th Amendment and all guarantees of the U S Constitution and all Amendments to it. The words of the 14th Amendment are:

"14TH AMENDMENT also written as: AMENDMENT XIV SECTION 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.".

Tiny humans in the womb, must be protected from predators. The killing ngo erroneously named Planned Parenthood [to trick women] must be stopped. It is very evil. Medical science proved long ago, that tiny humans in the womb of human women are HUMAN from the moment the human male sperm enters the human female egg. There is nothing else they could be but human. It's called the law of genetics, and it's also a science of anatomy and physiology; obstetrics and gynecology; human development; neonatalogy. It has been proven medically over and over again that humans in the womb are human; and they must be given the legal status of "persons" to have civil liberties. It is the next civil rights battle and it is a blockbuster, because if Congress fails to repent of their evil, and legalize the right to life for all humans including in the womb, I fear GOD will destroy the U S as it did Germany during the Nazi killing regime.
